When deciding on which film company to produce our wedding video, there was no doubt it would be Oleg and Alena of Memento. Our friends had used them for their wedding 3 years prior, and we loved the way their video turned out. So when it came to decide, Memento was our first choice. We did a few searches for other companies out there, but after looking, it was clear that no company's video quality would match Memento's. We were so happy that they were available on our date. Besides video quality which is top-notch, Oleg and his team are extremely professional, both before the wedding by responding promptly to emails, and on the day itself. They capture such magical moments, but you don't even notice they're there - a true sign of a professional and their great experience! When we got our videos back, we were extremely happy and satisfied with the result. This team has a unique ability to capture the special/important moments and put them all together in a seamless way that flows so well and elegantly. Everyone we show our videos to comments on the outstanding quality and all the emotions that Memento was able to capture. I own a PR company and have never planned or helped with a wedding. My clients and I found Jake from Beautiful Life studios for their Videography. What an excellent decision. We spoke we several different companies- not just in Vancouver where the wedding was held and Jake was the only option. In a time when there’s 300 questions to answer, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. Jake was quick, motivated and most of all very accommodating. The couple met with him briefly and called immediately to say they were giving him the role to take over and do what he does best. The video landed on People Magazine, The Knot and many mote large media publications. We cannot express how grateful we are for the work of love and art he created. We can't thank Life Studios enough for capturing all the special moments of our big day. Both the videography and photography team were amazing, helping capture the best light possible without making us feel overwhelmed with direction. We couldn't have asked for a better team to be with us on this day. The photographers were patient with us and gave lots of great direction for our photos. On top of that, they remembered every specific moment we wanted captured when we met with the team to discuss. The videographers were also amazing. They just floated around us and captured all the moments. We must have watched and rewatched our Same Day Edit a million times within the first hour we received the link. Cindy is absolutely the best. She exceeded our expectations of what a videographer could do. More than putting a series of images or videos together, she really captures the tone & feel of the moment. Without a whole lot of guidance save for a few specific questions, she was then able to portray our wedding as well as the memorial for my Mom in a way that we hadn't imagined possible. We cannot say enough good things about her and her products and service: she is true professional, an absolute sweetheart, and a genuine soul we were happy to have become a part of our special moments, from start to finish. Desy and his team at RF Weddings are truly magicians. My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer from the beginning but we changed our minds, and boy, are we happy with that decision! The Same Day Edit (SDE) video that the RF team put together was stunning. It was definitely one of the biggest highlights for us for the entire wedding day. We usually hate watching ourselves on video but we really cannot stop watching the SDE over and over again! We were also amazed at the RF team for doing their job so well without being intrusive at all to us during our wedding day. It was so much fun working with them and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
