As a venue owner I have been lucky enough to work with the entire Union Eleven team many times. They are some of the most talented, professional and personable wedding photographers in Ottawa. Their photos are nothing short of incredible and I would recommend them without hesitation over and over.

5 stars doesn't begin to explain how amazing our experience was with Laura Kelly! We knew from the beginning, photography was one of the most important pieces of our wedding. When we stumbled upon Laura's blog, there was no question, we needed her and were so happy once we booked! From the very beginning, we were treated as friends and not just clients. I could have never expected to be treated so well by our photographer. We were so comforted by her friendly demeanour & couldn't wait for the wedding day with her! We did end up making many, many changes to our wedding. We initially booked a big wedding, then changed venue, then changed reception location and more. We finally settled on a small, intimate wedding with 8 guests. Throughout all the changes, Laura was so supportive! We were so excited to have our entire collection of wedding photos in such a short time. The best part was getting to see a photo the very next day! She captured photos which showed so much emotion. While my husband & I were looking through all our pictures, we looked at each other so many times and said "that is so you". She captured our genuine smiles when we look at each other and our family. We couldn't be happier! I also had the pleasure of taking one of Laura's workshops, which was amazing! It was such a comfortable and fun workshop. I would recommend it to anyone! She taught us so much & I gained so much knowledge in a short time.

Nothing overly special about the rooms but it was quiet in the staff were great. It is also an absolutely amazing location which is really close to Parliament and Nifty little Street full of shops and restaurants and whatnot. Highly recommended due to price and location friendly staff.

Really nice, had a fantastic time enjoying the fireworks and free entertainment. The environment was clean. Just had an overall great day.

This is probably the best day of my life, nothing could have gone any better from the final touches in the morning, to the beautiful ceremony, and the seamless transition to the venue for the reception. So many moving parts, yet Shannon, who was an extreme delight to work with, made sure everyone was calm and collected for the BIG DAY! It wasn't even my wedding (Groomsman and MC), but this goes to show how much added value a great wedding planner like Shannon brings to the table! I hope to work with her again soon, and wouldn't think twice about selecting her to help with my wedding!

Just attended a wedding here, the wedding was in well made and designed open shelter outsite with beautiful landscaping. The reception was one of the best I've been to with well organized meals, great food and excellent service and clean up. Very well done! Clean, open and spacious.
