I've had the pleasure to work and attend many events at DaVinci over the years. Food is ALWAYS on point, not sure what the previous poster is speaking about. Yes, you get what you pay for but it also depends on what you order. Why would you have your event at an italian/mediterranean cuisine venue if you aren't going to order what they specialize in? You probably wouldn't go to steak house and order a vegetarian meal. In regards to the service, never had a bad experience either. The new management team of Antonio and Lora are 2 super-service based individuals, and if they can't make you happy, no one will. Keep up the GREAT work guys...looking forward to my next event at DaVinci!

I had the privilege of hosting my daughter’s marriage ceremony reception here!! The entire experience went ahead in a smooth and seamless manner!! The manager was very friendly and helped me to make my guests happy!! Each and every minute detail was taken care of!! Thank you so much for your coordination!! I hope you guys will continue the good work in the days to come!!

A few weeks ago our non profit school rented out the main halls of Payal for our 20th anniversary Gala. This was our first major banquet style function in over 10 years and we were nervous to say the least. Raj worked with myself and our schools principal to ensure that we celebrated our 20th anniversary to the fullest extent! He was always on time. He met every accommodation when requested and he was always professional and attentive to our many phone calls and emails. He went above and beyond in the food items and his chief took care and love when preparing our meals as he knew our congregation was fasting as it’s Ramadthan. The owner showed up and even greeted us and was pleased with the decor we had set up and made sure all our needs were met. The gentlemen that works to help set up was a sweetheart and did every and anything requested for that day and we started the set up at 9am and ended at 11pm! Our community, board members, parents and teachers said it was the best 20th gift we could of gave the school and they were impressed with everything that night. Thank you again Payal banquet team! Large space, plenty of parking. The food was very good, the bar service good also. It is not a glamorous place, more suited to work functions. My only negative comment, and this after two events attended here, is that due to so many hard surfaces, with no sound breaks, it is very loud. The sound is so loud and annoying once everyone starts talking, then the music, and people then shouting over the music...it is just rediculous. They badly need sound buffers. I left early twice. Annoyed. Not able to talk to anyone.

A very good place to hold an event

June 2018: This is an update to my previous review from my Wedding Shower as Google won't allow me to post another review. My husband and I had our wedding there about 2 weeks ago and all 400 of our guests were blown away at the food, drinks, service and overall experience. The MG staff are professional, courteous and they got everything right!! Especially the food, people cannot stop gushing about how delicious the food was! The antipasto buffet is a MUST!! Irene, Sabrina and Julia were amazing to deal with throughout the whole planning process and you can tell they know what they're doing! This is a family owned establishment with over 60 years of experience in this industry and it shows. They go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect and to make you feel comfortable on your big day. 10 out of 10 on all fronts!! Highly recommended venue for all your events big or small!! Thank you Mississauga Grand!!! April 2018: Mississauga Grand is by far the BEST banquet hall facility I have ever been to. Their unique touch of class for every event they host is incomparable. I have been to countless dances, weddings, showers, engagement parties and corporate functions at so many different locations in and around the GTA and nothing beats Mississauga Grand's food, service and price! Professionalism at its finest! I just recently had my wedding shower there and everything from the set up, to the food to the service went off without a hitch. All my guests were blown away at how delicious the food was and the amazing service they received! If you're looking for a venue to host a small event or a big event, look no further than Mississauga Grand! You will not be disappointed!! Special thanks to Irene, Sheila and Julia!! I look forward to having our wedding there soon!

Very nice hall. Great ppl. Clean and well maintained. It is pricey but your guest will have a life time memory. Go for it.

Good for vegetables prices and Asian taste

Beautiful banquet hall! I attented a reception last week and my experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food was great as well. I would definitely recommend it for any kind of celebration.

This is a great hall, its very nicely decorated and the lobby is very nice as well. Its very spacious, the tables are spread out evenly anf not congested, its perfect for any convocation or marriage ceremony. There is a bar here although I don't think there are any alcoholic beverages, we attended a marriage ceremony and it was fountain pop such ad coke and sprite. Otherwise its a great hall.

What a treat! After a horrible experience at another establishment down the road, this was a last ditch effort and not were we glad. The portions are feeling, even if they look a little small you'll be hard-pressed to finish it. The service is great and very quick. The deck or could use a little bit of sprucing up but it is a quiet place to eat. The food was a stand-up feature here, packed with flavor and extremely good at feeling you to your heart's content. I think you can actually split a curry and at Biryani and be good here. Really good stuff here we'll be coming back again and have already recommended it to friends in the area.

We just had our wedding at Chateau Le Jardin this past weekend. When we first looked into the venue, we fell in love with the gorgeous design of the hall. Working with Michael and Marylou was great because they were attentive to our needs and helped us every step of the way! All of our guests raved about the quality of food and the superb service. We couldn't be more pleased with how perfect everything was. We definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event in Woodbridge!!
