I am so lucky that I was referred to Melissa by the team at Rockwater Resort. I reached out to Melissa as soon as I had confirmed my wedding date, roughly a year before I was married. From the very start she was friendly, prompt with her responses and wanted to understand my vision right away. Even though were were a year out, Melissa wasted no time in getting started on my design plan. We had several meetings via the phone (since I live in Vancouver) and plenty of emails. We finally met in person a few months before the wedding when I got a chance to see one of my centre pieces in person. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Melissa understood my vision and made sure that I got everything that I wanted. I even made some changes with only weeks to go, and she made them happen. I couldn't have done this process without Melissa. From the day I contacted her to the very end of my wedding, she was truly a pleasure to deal with. My wedding day went exactly as planned, she was the one who ran the show and it was perfect. She made my wedding design dreams come true and it was exactly as I had pictured it. She is amazing to deal with and I am so lucky that I got to work with such an amazing planner. Thank you so much Melissa, I couldn't have done it without you!

This place is like a little piece of heaven. Beautifully landscaped, luxurious amenities, and no detail forgotten. It was a perfect get away from Vancouver. I can't wait to go back.

This is a long overdue review, but on June 15th, 2018 Matt captured a moment that will stay with my fiancee and I forever. His ability to capture, edit, and beautifully portray one of the biggest moments in our life is unmatched. I contacted several photographers/groups in the Victoria area, but none of them gave me the attention and patience like Matt did. He took time out of his schedule to tailor for us the perfect moment at sunset. Not only did he dress the part (all black) and hide in the bushes for the perfect shots, but he also created a runthrough youtube video of the location when we couldn't meet. His attention to detail (the angles, the time of day, the direction of the sunset, his lenses, his account for weather/wind/clouds/etc.) is spectacular and it mirrors his phenomenal work as a photographer. This review (and its limitation to 5 stars) does not come close to doing him and Sayde justice. I cannot say enough how thankful I am to you, Matt, for capturing my proposal to my best friend. THANK YOU!!

Great Canada Day party

Fantastic experience, the place is simply pristine, I stayed in family tent A and it was so clean and roomy, 3 adults no problem. The common washrooms were kept super clean, they have all you need for glamping ⛺. The common kitchen is well equipped, and provides a community hub. The restaurant in site is worth the price $$$, treat yourself. Fav places was the amphitheatre, great for weddings! And the private beach with its own dock, the water is so warm I swam for two hours straight, they also rent canoes, paddle boards and stuff. LOVE IT💓
