Dropped off 3 windows and a couple of screens that needed repair. They were fast, efficient and did a great job. Staff was great. And the price was more than reasonable. Same day service. Very happy customer here!

I am moving out of a rental house in 2 weeks and needed someone to take down a satellite dish from the house. After making close to 20 calls and only getting one response, I got a call from Jason. Not only did his quote blow the other guy’s out of the water, but he INSISTED that he come out when the rain broke and get it done today! He was a man of his word, and he immediately sent me before and after pictures, and answered any and all questions that I had. I believe that it’s rare nowadays to have a business that excels with customer service. Most of the times I find it difficult to get a call back when I’m trying to give someone my business. Jason and the people at Alliance Home Inc are a refreshing exception to the rule. As brand new homeowner, all of my business going foreward will go to Jason and the awesome folks at Alliance Home Inc!!

I order a door about 3 or 4 months ago. It was installed and looks beautiful but the keep fall off. No matter how tipe I put back on it will work it off again.

I tried 2 separate times in 2 different years to buy windows and siding here. The siding they flat out refused because they said there wasn't enough money in it for them since I wasn't doing the whole house. They wouldn't honor the sale price of the windows they advertised in an ad. They added surcharges that brought the price higher than Home Depot and Lowes. If you work, you must take the day off because they won't give you an appointment for measuring. It can be any time during the day, whenever they get to you. Unified is a failure of a business and I'm done with them.
