Excellent service, definitely living up to their name!

The SkyReach Representatives arrived at our home 1/2 hour before expected. The lead gentleman, Terry, mentioned they wished to view the house prior to commencing the cleaning. That gave me a sense that they really took pride in their job. Needless to say the two person team worked tirelessly on our home, cleaning the siding, the windows, gutters, etc. All that needed to be done. They were professional and personable. Their efforts were appreciated, they gave our home a full face lift and that is something to be stated. I would, and will recommend this Company to our friends and Military acquaintances in future. One of the few places in town that does automotive upholstery. I'm getting my motorcycle seat done (1 month wait). I'll let you know how it turns out.

I visited the store, Talked to Tim about Laminate flooring and exterior doors . He went out of his way to help me, very very helpful and so polite. I bought my new door and laminate flooring and I will be back for sure. Customer service was amazing!!!!!!!.

They deals on almost everything they carry. Great selection on markers and colouring books horvadults. If you need a Nick nac. It's the place to go. Lots of flowers and linens. I like to go and browse.

I would like to warn people to not use Krown undercoating. I brought my car in for this service at the Cole Harbour location and my car was damaged by their product. I had a new custom paintjob using Plastidip (when you see cars with a flat/matte finish, it’s that) and they got their Krown product on every panel of my car except the roof. It ruined my paintjob entirely. It took SIX WEEKS for Robin, the business owner, to get in touch with me. I went to the place of business and called numerous times but he refused to even talk with me. He finally did call me after I spoke with Krown head office in Ontario. Then Robin proceeds to tell me fabrications that I was told it would ruin my car but I said to do it anyway. That makes no sense. He then told me it’s my own fault because I should have known (as a new client) their process of drilling holes in my car and basically covering my car in Krown product. This is the most unbelievable negative customer experience I have ever had. I am now out $1500 because of their terrible business practices. Do not use Krown services, if they do any damage they will not take any responsibility and lie to your face.

What a gem of a company! Top notch professional service, and I was in a panic to have my wood stove glass replaced--long drama story that no one wants to read but wood stove is my only source of heat at the moment, my full forced air heat pump quit, and glass in stove was broken. They had my glass replaced and the door, in less than 24 hours (prior to a holiday, with freezing forecast). they cleaned it up so beautifully I didn't think it was mine! Professional service exceeded my expectations for the cost (which to begin with was very reasonable), and thanks to them my family and I are toasty warm tonight.

Today while cleaning my house I opened the windows. I was doing laundry and I heard a smash. I go check and the window in my son's room fell out because the latches had rotted. The problem wasn't so much the window but timing for me. I am military and posted and the closing of my house is 1 week away. I called a few other companies before calling cole harbour glass, and from the moment I called the service was beyond my expectations. The customer service lady talked me how to get the window out to bring in for measurements as she explained it would be quicker service to bring in to the shop. Once i arrived she took the window, they cleaned out all of the glass, replaced the latches and ensured me everything will be ok. Thank you for making this situation stress free from start to finish. This company and their customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.
