Terry and his crew did a full replacement of windows in my home. The work was completed on time and as quoted. We required a couple of small tweaks after the installation (trim pieces), and they were handled with the same care. We're very pleased and will continue to refer this company.

We got great recommendations from 2 sets of fussy friends about Mark and the crew at Windows Plus. So when they gave us a competitive price for siding and windows, we decided to give them a try. We were very happy with their work and so have them back again this year for more windows and siding. The crews have all been efficient and make sure to clean up after themselves, which we appreciate a lot. We've had no reservations about also recommending them to other friends and neighbours.

They service my jeep wrangler glass several timea a year and every time its great workmanship. Too bad jeep windows are not slopes to deflect rocks or trees

Bought some replacement windows from them. I picked up and had them installed. They seem like quality windows and a comparable price with others I got a quote from. Hope to have many good years of use from them. Would buy more from them again.

Just notified of 503 views! Not happy with customer service at the Burnside location. I visited the showroom and ordered two windows in August 2017. Was told it should take about 6 weeks for delivery and installation would be early October. When I heard nothing by the second week of October I called the office and was told the windows had never been ordered as they had neglected to take a deposit! Paid the deposit and windows ordered with a new delivery/installation date of November 20, 2017. Installers came and did a fantastic job - no problem with them at all - the one star is for them. However, they were the wrong windows. Windows were supposed to have grills and there were none. Installer told me this was an easy fix, just a matter of popping out the old panes and installing the proper ones. I phoned the office to explain the problem and was told they would have to order in the grilled glass and it would be yet another six weeks! I started this process in August and it was now not going to be completed until the new year. I thought perhaps to show good will for all their delays the company may offer a discount, I asked but no dice! But there's more. In comparing my invoice to my quote, I was overcharged $126+tax for labour. Upon mentioning this during our conversation, the sales rep explained that they had included exterior casings which hadn't been on my original quote, something of which I had never been informed nor for which had I received an amended quote. She did finally concede to adjust my invoice since it was their omission, but she would not budge on allowing any compensation whatsoever for their three-months' delay causing screw ups because, "we are already losing money on the installation." All in all, not a satisfactory experience with Al Weather. I told Bebi that I was getting new siding in the spring but it wouldn't be from Al Weather. I had planned to get a quote from them but not now. Just wanted to mention that the 5-start review below from Bebi is the employee I dealt with in the sales office at Al Weather, Burnside. No doubt she received excellent service.

This company's staffs needs to be trained in good customer relations service and proper follow up when their staffs have errors. After full filled their half order $$$ deposit cc demand, waiting for weeks with no service response. When asked about the person who took the original order with the error , they replied " On Vacation' . They wanted you to start all over with the repair order again and wait for several more weeks again.
