I had to have all of my windows replaced as they were original to the house and had been in place since the early 80s. The windows back then were installed and then the bricks installed which made replacement very difficult and time consuming. Dave and Josh came over and looked after everything. I can speak highly enough about their professionalism and great sense of humour under these circumstances. They took great care of the property, cleaning as they went. I think they left the place cleaner than when they got there :) I can't believe the great improvement the new windows made! Thanks so much Alweather, you are indeed fortunate to have such great caring professionals on your team. THANKS!!!

Got my windows tinted here, when first going in I found the owner kind of rude and cocky and acted like he didnt care weather I took my business there or not, the whole time he was telling me how hard it was to tint the type of vehicle I had so he would charge me more for doing so. Regardless, I got the windows done as this was the only place in town doing so he did a good job I wont knock the work. Just could work on his customer skills. Either that or hire a secretary because he is not great with customer service.

Direct Windows Doors & More may do good work but it would seem you have to live within walking distance of them to even get a quote. They kept promising time after time to come out and do a quote and never did show up. We had everything pick out had decided to use this company and all we got were empty promises and the run around. We are now very glad we did not use this company because if there we ever a problem, there would certainly be no service with Direct Windows Doors & More from Truro.
