Great customer service

Great people to work with and our new Windows are perfect. It is so nice to have a clear view and Windows that operate so smoothly and easily. No more struggling with sticking Windows. Highly recommend getting your windows here.

I've been here a couple of times and the customer service is terrible. They don't have samples, they don't have prices. I straight up asked if I should go to Kent etc and pick something out and get them to give me a price on that product. I was then told, that would be a possible way to do it. Really? What an inconvenient and stupid way to do business. The first time I went there was a couple of years ago and it was the same thing, however, I thought perhaps I just came on a bad day and the regular employee in the office wasn't in potentially, as the lady was equally unhelpful. Same lady this time, same lack of knowledge and poor service. She basically said we need to know what we want when we come in. As you know, siding and colors are next to impossible to choose online. You need to see, touch and feel it and take it out into the sunlight to get a good idea of what it will truly look like. Needless to say, I won't be going back here again. Many other places greet you with coffee etc and treat you like a valued customer, unlike this place.

Ordered a screen door for the front of my house finally came in August 2022 installers came out and installed they were great but door was black when we ordered white boss called said he would order another now it is February 2023 still waiting no calls from them since

Great service and awesome prices!!

I purchased Blinds from this company and the didn't install them correctly still almost 6 months later they keep pushing me off and tell me they will fix it soon or the part is on its way. Automatic blinds have never been synced as promised and solar blind charger doesn't work. Nulook is full of false promises and loads of excuses. They sell you on a premium product and the promise of excellent local service. STAY AWAY YOU WILL ONLY HAVE PROBLEMS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. If i could give them less stars i would.
