We used windows and doors made by Duxton Windows when we built our home and have been extremely happy with the high quality and appearance of the product. Our windows have jamb extensions made from Pacific Coast Hemlock, which we had stained to match the casings. This enhanced the look of an already attractive product to yet another level. After a break-in, our front aluminum and glass door was destroyed. We called Border Glass and they came out within the hour to fix it. We had to ask that he come back in a few hours until the police had finished fingerprinting. When he came back, the police had still not fingerprinted the door, so we asked that he came back again, which he did. Happily. As soon as the police had finished, Border Glass started the door replacement, swept up the shattered glass, and even helped clean up the black fingerprint dust. Outstanding professionalism and customer service. Today we got the invoice which was one third of what I expected it would cost. Absolutely great! The cheques in the mail guys, thank you very much!

"Speedy" Glass they are not. I waited for a return call from this location or from the 1-844 customer service number for a week and nothing happened. Anytime I called, I was told that the database was down or that my file couldn't be accessed. Please don't do what I did and wait around for an entire week on one company to call you back. Instead, contact every glass company as soon as you need a repair done, and go with the one that schedules you in fastest. I guarantee that won't be "Speedy" Glass. I don't even consider this a functional business.

Great work from the installation team. We are very happy with these windows as well as the team leader consideration of our concerns regarding the kitchen windows . They were able to accomplish what I thought could not be done in our kitchen . We were shown how everything was going at each step of the way . Keep up the good works guys!!

Top Quality Product and Service. I had all my windows 14 and 2 entrance doors and 1 sliding Patio Door replaced in 2008 and never had an issue since. No leaking Units or Hardware Issues. I can say after 10 years with no problems I am a Very Satisfied Customer. It is Beautiful Product and Installation was on point.
