When you leave a cash deposit for your doors, especially with Ross, make sure you get some sort of record for it, as he conveniently forgot we had left a deposit. So needless to say we got to overpay, by over$100, for doors that they forgot to order and after weeks of waiting, they were not cut right the first time. So I had to take them back and they still screwed them up a 2nd time. They don't give accurate receipts indicating how much cash you paid, but just that you paid cash. We don't need rip off companies like this around. They have a crappy rating because they truly earned it.

Kieran was extremely helpful while we were shopping for a clock. He was very informative on the pier 1 rewards we had just signed up for and how to maximize our savings. Will definitely shop here more often because of this experience.

Dropped by tent on South Albert Sobeys. I went to Speedy Glass in Winnipeg during Christmas, where the employee rudely said they would not be able to fix a crack, about 2 1/2 inches in my windshield. My ask was if they could prevent it from growing. My friend informed me that the glass tents at grocery stores can do this. I dropped by, and PJ, the individual working, not only stopped the spread of the crack, which is now about 5 inches long, but reduced the crack almost a whole inch. The finesse that reduced the crack around an inch makes that portion of the crack nearly invisible, which is better results than we both expected. The visit was pleasant, and PJ is extremely easy to talk to. Highly recommended. Would give additional stars if I could.

We were very pleased with the quality of service from Kruse Glass. Mike and Peter performed the install of a replacement window for our family room. They were astonishingly efficient, clean, and non intrusive, as well as being polite. Their experience showed in how they managed the task and worked together. They replaced the trim, and curtain as well. We were concerned we would have to hire other tradesmen to do this, but that proved to be unnecessary. We were very pleased with the service.

Great company, these guys are quick and thorough!! Came out and did estimate knew exactly what needed to be done, got it booked and finished it up quick!!! Would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired! A++++ thanks gents!

I would recommend buying from Blind Factory. No pressure so it made the process less stressful. We got what we wanted in a reasonable time and all 22 blinds fit great!

I just wanna say that they did an amazing job. They were willing to travel to my place 1h30 away. Checked in on them from time and love seeing the progress they were doing. Everything about the work was done as i expected them to do .They went out of there way to clean up after them selves and repair replace anything that needed to be replaced. We don't regret choosing innovation renovation. They're courteous fast reliable safe. They booked me on oct 3rd and they showed up on oct 3rd. Thank you

Just got my windshield done so not sure on the durability of the product. But so far so amazing! The cost was perfect for a brand new windshield and the service was quick and nice. They also took the time to vacuum my front seat and passenger side which was unexpected. Will totally come back!
