The first time around was great with prompt service etc. This time I need a screen door and have left 5-6 messages. The answering machine states wording such as '' we will get back to you '' to paraphrase . No response from mike & not even the courtesy to leave a recommendation . The answering machine speaks not the truth. Oh well I will find someone who appreciates my business.

Best customer service, can get you in very quickly and they have the best prices. I have sent family there after my experience and they all agree!

Love love love my new windows and doors. They guys cane out to install on a Saturday and Sunday, so great. I run a daycare out of my home and installing during the week is impossible. Thank you guys for working this weekend.

These are great guys who take pride in window cleaning. They are friendly and helpful and I found them to have very high integrity. They changed a light bulb for me that required a ladder and flat out refused any compensation for it.

My elderly Mom's rear view mirror fell of and was dangling. They said bring it in. 10 minutes it was done and no charge. Amazing. Not much of that goes on in the world today.

We were doing some repairs to the roof before winter with a very tight timeline. One of the storm windows for the 3rd story stairwell windows needed new glass. I called Advance Glass and Mirror on a Saturday a little more than an hour before they were closing to see if they could replace the glass on very short notice. Not only did they accommodate my request they were able to complete the job in about an hour. Great workmanship and absolutely fantastic service!! This company will be getting all of our business moving forward. This is a first rate company to do business with.
