I had a very positive experience with All Glass Parts Inc. The customer service was prompt, professional and very friendly. I ordered a magnet which arrived rusted badly. I sent a photos and asked the replacement. They didn't carry it anymore, but they just gave the credit back and even told me how to find it to other place. Went in to see John about a warranty part and there shop looks abandoned or on the way out? I have left countless messages for Terry in warranty and never received a call back from anyone! Had warranty come to fix issues and they made more mistakes and left me with trim pieces off and no call back! My job and problems with product has been abandoned by Jeld Wen! The product was custom steel clad wood windows and doors. The sliding patio door was deemed faulty and a work order to replace it was made. When the new door arrived the install contractor said this door was made wrong and a new door was would have to be ordered. Well years have gone by, phone calls have been made with no communication back! My children have doubled in size and so has my frustration!

If you're in the market for new windows are doors these are high quality ones you will want to install or have installed. I did my whole house install with my father in law who is a house builder for the last 40 years and kept telling me how great these windows are. Have had them in now for almost 2 years and haven't had a single issue. If I need windows in the future I will be coming back. Thanks from the receptionist, to the salesmen, right back to the shipping guys!

Installation was perfect and the windows are great, The windows are really efficient and as a bonus they're way more effective at keeping out street noise. Definitely worth the extra cost!

Their price was not the lowest, but I felt like the product line carried was superior to others. I didn't have my openings ready on time, but they still managed to finish on time.

Great staff and amazing service. Windshield was hit by a baseball and they got my vehicle in right away to do the change. Highly recommend going there for windshield replacements if you like an amazing staff and friendly people

In our new home we had a pressure crack due to settling. I thought this process would be such a pain in the ass but I couldn't believe how easy Ply Gem made it. One email to their warrenty department and they set up an appointment within 2 weeks. The installers were friendly and quick. I'm glad my builder used Ply Gem. Thank you for the great service.

We bought $18,000.00 worth of Gienow top of the line wood/metal clad windows with argon gas filled. Gienow says that is more like $40,000.00 now for these windows. The gas leaked out on several windows after 12 years so now all the windows that leaked are very foggy. Gienow will not stand behind their windows. The doors we purchased at the same time were awful from day 1. The front door frame shattered after 5 years. All windows and doors were installed by their authorized installer.

We received a Warranty replacement, three windows came damaged and three more were ordered in either the wrong size, wrong color, or double pane instead of triple. There has been no mention of fixing these issues quickly or if they will be fixed at all and definitely NO APOLOGY for their mistakes.
