We bought $18,000.00 worth of Gienow top of the line wood/metal clad windows with argon gas filled. Gienow says that is more like $40,000.00 now for these windows. The gas leaked out on several windows after 12 years so now all the windows that leaked are very foggy. Gienow will not stand behind their windows. The doors we purchased at the same time were awful from day 1. The front door frame shattered after 5 years. All windows and doors were installed by their authorized installer.

These guys were amazing and so fast! After an ‘oops’ loading something in the back of our vehicle on a Sunday we were stuck with a blown out back window. Crackmasters took our car Monday morning and had it fixed by Monday afternoon! Being our only family vehicle that had damage, I was feeling pretty stressed about how long it would take, and how much it would cost!

Amazing service! While travelling from Northern Alberta to BC our windshield was smashed by a large rock just outside of Spruce Grove. We rolled into their yard on friday afternoon of the august long weekend and they immediately fit us in, replaced our windshield, and got us back on the road. We would have been in a very difficult situation had they not helped us. Greatly appreciated!
