I had some serious rock damage to the windshield on my Expedition from driving the Alaska Highway. Unfortunately some of the damage was right in the driver's critical vision area. I didn't want to replace the windshield because I was only one forth of my way into a round trip from Alaska. I stopped by All-West Glass and asked them if they could do something to at least clean it up so that it would be less distracting. They got my truck into the shop immediately and had the repair done in about 30 minute. John did an outstanding job on a crack that was actually to big to repair, but he made it mostly transparent & I can now finish my trip to Philly and put off replacing the windshield until I get back to Anchorage What an awesome team!

Visited them today with my broken and bend window screen. She showed me the better and more stabil version and told me how much it would be. My door was a custom size and she told told me that it isn't a problem to get a new one. I asked her if it would be possible to get a new one now cause I had to drive a bit. She started with measuring the frame and told me it would take 5min! Awesome Service and Staff! Looks like it's all in a female hand but they have done an awesome Job! I really appreciate your help! My husband and I were married in Lillooet on May 1, 2017. We stayed at the Reynolds during the set up and clean up the day after the actual wedding. The staff at the Reynolds were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredibly special wedding night, even leaving a card and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy in our lovely soaker tub. Without prompting they asked a guest to switch rooms who was booked for that room the next night so we could enjoy it longer. I cannot say enough about the fantastic customer service we got. Thank you again to everyone at the Reynolds Hotel, you really helped make our wedding weekend go so smoothly!
