Very nice service. My car has never been that clean on the inside since we bought it...

They worked on our Kia Sedona... windshield replacement. Nice work, cleaned all the other glass including the side view mirrors, but there was a clunking with the wipers that wasn't there b4 the work. Asked Danny if he'd have a look at it, he dropped what he was doing, came outside and corrected it in 5 minutes. Not even sure it was their mistake, but he fixed it anyway N/C. Great service!

Not a good experience! Started with no one showing for a quote that was scheduled. The office never called to say no one was coming either. I called to make new arrangements. Tech was supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 am….. shows up at 7:30 am for the quote. We schedule the work to be done. Tech shows up well passed the scheduled time and no heads up about it. Now the work…… Absolutely poor! Tech was missing caulking in his truck so had to come back the next day. The caulking job is an absolute disaster……. I do not recommend this company due to lack of better customer service and quality in their work.

They never have time for a drop in, they should be called "Waity glass repair" when it takes 3-4 days for an appointment...

This place is awesome. Took in the car for windshield replacement, got a courtesy car, my windshield fixed, car detailed, free wiper blades, and just recieved a thank you card in the snail mail today. They get it! Will go back every time!

I am so pleased with the patio doors that they installed...the owner Troy does the job with a helper...he doesn't send someone else to do it, so you know he is on top of things...I was so impressed when he offered to help my husband move 2 heavy couches..what a guy...so nice when someone shows up with a BIG smile. Thanks Troy

I sent my wife in to get her windshield replaced today and had one of the best customer service experiences we have had in years, professional, friendly, and went above by vacuuming out hard to reach spots between the seats, cleaned all windows and also took off a window decal we needed taken off! Overall would absolutely recommend them and will be back.

Been using them for replacements on properties over last 6 years and hands down the best.

Dishonest business. I was quoted a price for a door and it was almost double that price. I tried to resolve the issue and they weren't interested. Very poor customer service. Get all quotes in writing. Prevents getting scammed.

We just had all our windows replace by Magnum. They provided us with a full quote and were very willing to answer any questions we had as we compared their quote to others received. We found their prices to be very competitive. When we compared their quote to other we found that in addition to replacing the windows they also provided and installed the casings, liners and trim. They arrived exactly on schedule with a full crew. All the windows and exterior trim was installed the first day, the trim on the interior was installed the second day and the calking and putty was completed on the third day. The crew was friendly, courteous, efficient and left the home very tidy. The Milgard windows are beautiful and cleaned to perfection. I am very pleased with the work that Magnum did and would highly recommend them to others.

I had a new windshield installed no ICBC and the price was near the same I was most happy with the service and Bruce .A courtesy car was given and was out in a hour . Thank you much will be back next time for more good.
