18 months ago we made a huge investment in new gutters for our cabin. The old gutters had lasted about 20 years and were starting to show some signs of their age. We decided decided to replace them with new ones from Modern. 11 months ago when we got a bit of snow a huge section of the gutters came off the roof. It was obvious that Modern did a horrible job installing the gutters. They used very short screws and in some places it was about 6 feet between screws. The only thing worse than the installation job has been the customer service since. For 11 months they have lied about coming to rectify the problem. I recommend you find another company if you are in need of gutters.

Great service, great price, and very efficient!

I had their expert visit me for new three window installations for over $6.2K. After two weeks measurement person shows and says he needs to discuss with the owner. I get a call back today after two weeks saying the price will go up by $2K to involve an architect. My money down is locked in and I don't have any protection at all,. Can anyone suggest me legal remedy or consumer affairs complaint.

Outstanding customer service. Bill replaced my windshield, repaired and sealed some problem areas and even took photos of the before and after. He's easy to talk to, and explains what he'll do, and why. I highly recommend Proline glass, in Alberni. This was a great customer experience!

I requested for a quote to replace three windows in my house in Port Alberni. Someone from this company took the measurements for 3 windows ; but unfortunately, nobody from this company contacted me with a quote even after two months. I called these people three times and reminded them about the works. Nothing happened. Very irresponsible team. I never recommend them.

I brought in my car to have some window tinting removed, Chris did a good job for a very reasonable price. The icing on the cake was when I said if they need my car for a few hours then I need to arrange transport to get to work, they immediately offered me a ride to work and a pickup afterwards, this they honored, really great service.
