I own Aarsen gutters and i install gutters for several builders in town. In the gutter world there is always good, better, best. Most builders want the most basic gutter system because it is the cheapest. Today i installed gutters on a beautiful home for Darren. I asked him what option he would like. He asked me what I thought would be best. He did not ask what was the cheapest, he wanted what was best for this particular house and that is what we did for him. I was so impressed with his care and thought to the future home owner that I decided to write this review. He chose a system that will require way less maintenance and had far superior strength because that what was best for this particular house. the product was ok but dropped it off on a Monday told thru glass would be in also told should be ready Friday they called me on Friday to inform of an Item I was interest in purchasing but didn't mention my window I had dropped off start of week asked about it told me they would call me right back never heard another word from them needless to say we had to cancel our long weekend . Then Tues I still had to call back to see if window was ready according to sticker it was done on Friday.

Terrible customer service! We tried for two weeks to get someone (anyone!) to call us back. Two emails and at least four phone calls later, they call back. No "sorry". Just how can we make money off of you? We are hiring their direct competitor. Centra, you need to figure out your customer service issues. Brutal.

Gateway Glass is simply the best! A prompt competitive quote, a professional installation, and an excellent crew! The Milgard Windows that Bill installed in our home are beautiful and we are delighted! We will soon be doing an ensuite reno and we will also use Gateway Glass for our new walkin shower enclosure. We would definately recommend this company to anyone considering new windows for their home.

Great local business bein there for a long time.

This company is not dependable. They made an written appointment to work on my roof. I waited 2 hrs, no one showed up, no one phoned, and they did not return my phone call.

We recently moved to the island and bought a home in the Qualicum/ Parksville area. After looking into options for window coverings we became a bit overwhelmed with the options. Our neighbour recommended that we contact Heather Martin of Winchelsea Blinds. Heather was friendly and gave us recommendations on the styles that would best suit our needs. I have to say after getting a number of estimates including Costco, we were thrilled not only with the price point she offered us but also with how great the blinds look and operate for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
