From start to end , Epic view completed a phenomenal job at our place. Glasses were replaced and front door as well, and we are ready for winter. couldn't be happier!!! Thank you again

We were referred to them by our neighbors who had their windows replaced. We liked the job that was done by Vinyl City and decided to replace our windows. Some of the old windows we had were not closing properly and were in very very bad shape. After we had the initial consultation with them, they coordinated everything to make sure we were putting in the best option windows for our house. It required a lot of expertise and patience, and this company definitely was on top of their stuff. Great guys!!!

This company was a pleasure to work with. I had my door installed early summer this year, and it looks really great. Very hard working crew, finished the install in half a day (2 doors), and price was beyond worth the value. Thank you for you service, and I will definitely recommend.

An excellent worker named Rafal came into my unit and did an outstanding job finishing the work that needed to be done with the windows, I highly recommend this person for windows finishing

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They are unprofessional and don't care about work that's being done, workers care about making their salary more than completing quality work with customer satisfaction, supervisors are just as bad. Hired them to fix my windows and they broke my tiles in both of my bathrooms (stepping with steel toe boots over the vents and cracking off large pieces of the tiles) and covered it with my rugs so I wouldn't notice right away, I noticed the next day and called to complain and customer service representative said it's because my house is too old (house is about 10 years old) and that they would not replace or cover the damage because it's not their fault. Asked to talk to a supervisor and she was also extremely rude, Do not hire these people as they charge just as much as other companies that actually care about customer satisfaction do. Terrible experience when I paid just over 10 grand for the work being done.

I had 10 new windows installed , the windows looks amazing. I really like the the finishes on interior. Vitally was very clear and precise with his explanation of the function and types of windows. I must mention Andrew and his crew, these guys were amazing, courteous and are experts in window installation. I was very impressed with their professionalism

Worse company ever to work with. We worked for Deluxe for their marketing but they didn’t pay our 2 months & 2 weeks full payment for 20 employees. As I live in overseas the owner says come and get the money, he is a great cheater and his manager Elena too. Man one day you must have to face me and you must have to pay all the due payment for sure. I will be there one day! Universe IT Ltd

The fibreglass windows and doors that I had done look amazing and look wonderful! Everyone was very pleasant and it was clear that they are very passionate about the company. I would definitely use the service again and recommend to others.
