If I could leave zero stars I would. VERY bad customer service. I called on Thursday, to set up an appointment with one of the architects. I was told they were in meetings and when they got out of the meeting they would be told I called. I asked when I would hear back from them to set up the appointment. I was told I would hear back that day, or first thing Friday. Thursday goes by with no response, Friday morning passes and still no response, so I call. The receptionist tells me she is in the office alone and, as it is a long weekend, the earliest I will be able to hear back is the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes and goes...no reply, so I call again. I am once more told she has sent the architects an email and that she still has not received any reply. She laughed uncomfortably and commented about getting over a long weekend. So I waited for them to get back to me. It was not until a week later, at 11 am the following Thursday, that I received an email informing me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to take on new projects for another six months. They knew they were too busy to take on new clients, so why didn't they just take a few seconds to call and let me know that? Why did I have to wait a full week, and then receive an email in response? They couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone and tell us. Very unprofessional. Not impressed.

My wife , and daughter and I arrived in Vernon for the start of our vacation on July 21. Everything was going great till evening of the 22nd. My wife started getting severe pain in her mid -section, she could not handle it anymore, I called for an ambulance and in less than 20 minutes, she was at emergency in Vernon Hospital. To make a long story short, my wife needed surgery to check the bowels and also to repair not one , but 2 hernias . Had we waited longer to get her the hospital , she would have ended up having to get her bowels repaired . She was finally released 4 days later 👍👍, and many thankyous go to the nurses on the 3rd floor in post-op care . I should also mention, the surgical team are awesome as well and the nurses there are FANTASTIC, especially considering we're here from Central Alberta and supposed to have been on holidays !! The treatment and care my wife received was TOP-NOTCH, thank you so very much !!!

Incredible service for an out of town customer! We were on our way from Alaska to the lower 48 and had a warning light come on. We stopped at the first Ford dealer we came to, lake City Ford. The service rep Dan Bennett got a mechanic to come right out and pull the code which was a critical sensor fault. They took care of it and get us on the road within two hours. I can't complement them enough.

Seeing rotary lights is always a wonderful time except for the traffic getting in. Beautiful displays, lots of lights, huge music light shows, carriage rides, walking paths, and so much more here. Benches along the way to stop and soak in the views along the Mississippi River here bordering Minnesota! The views of rotary lights from across the river in Minnesota are even more amazing! How magically eloquent! We will always return here if in the area!!! We would also highly recommend others to visit here as well!!! Bring a generous donation of food or monetary means for admittance. Its worth it!!!
