BAD EXPERIENCE. I also received a email confirming pickup time and date. I dutifully put out all my 7 big bags of clothing and 2 boxes of household items outside at 6 AM. The pickup was for 8 AM-6
PM. Waited all day, nobody came. Found out the next day due to a mix up the person who sent me the confirmation email neglected to inform the local office of the pick up ! WELL, DUHH !!! It was my first time dealing with the Diabetes Canada and will be my last. You were terrible!

South Granville is one of my favourite neighbourhood's in Vancouver. There is so much to see and do here. The shopping is world class. Here you will find fabulous independent boutiques and the unique corporate retailers, everything from from fashion to home decor. And this is Gallery Row! Visiting the art galleries and antiques stores in the South Granville neighbourhood will take you on a journey around the world. There are many different kinds of cafes and eateries here as well, and many of them are award winning restaurants. See you there! :)

This is one corrupt organization and profession. They refuse to use computers to make themselves more efficient in saving lives and saving costs. Lets face it, when it comes to straight memorization, computers have higher capacity and way way faster. Every profession uses computers to make themselves more efficient, for example, accountants, engineers, scientists, etc. Without computers helping doctors prescribe, doctors are more likely to make errors in diagnosis, diagnosing patients based on symptoms instead of based on the root cause of diseases, prescribing drugs that interact with each other, etc. When doctors prescribe drugs that interact with each other, which happens very often, the pharmacists (or high school grads) use computers to detect drug interactions, but they do NOT have the time to call you doctors every five minutes to ask you to change the prescription, instead those drug interactions are overridden, and the medications are dispensed as it is. As a result, patients suffer from organ damage. If pharmacists (or high school grads) can use computers to help them to be more accurate and more efficient, then why can't you doctors do the same for public safety?
Times are changing. New technologies are available on a yearly basis. Every profession uses technology to make themselves more efficient and cost effective. Why can't you doctors do the same to help your patients?
