Automotive Repair

I recently took my truck up to Mr. Diesel to have it repaired. I must admit and say that these guys are the bomb! They literally helped me out considering I just started in the Moving industry. We had a little misunderstanding about the repair cost. I talk to the owner, he immediately resolved the problem by taking my bill from $2300 to only $1000. I'm shocked and extremely happy to be doing business with honest and understanding people. Their Customer service is Amazing. Thanks Mr. Diesel.

The best diesel mechanics around fast, honest, reliable with the best prices around i won't do business with anyone else. Great people!!!!

My son was in an accident on his way home to Indiana after being gone three weeks on training. Two men from this shop happen to be in the right place at the right time and kept the shop open to fix his Jeep so he could be home for Christmas. I don't know how to say thank you enough these people are amazing!! God is good and these men got my son home safe thank you thank you thank you. There are still good people in this world!!

Complete failure in professionalism on all fronts.

Wonderful fast friendly service.

I would like to thank the staff here for the fast service. They had done some work on my car a few months ago and my car started acting up , I called them and told them what was going on and they told me to bring it in. They got me back on the road in no time plus they honored their warranty with no problem at all. I absolutely love this place!!!

Good reliability......Great knowledge of Diesel equipment....

The mechanics there do a great job

So wish they had another location on I-75 north in Cherokee county

The counter person was very helpful and I am very pleased with the service

Great

Awesome service! The parts Dept is knowledgeable and stocks a healthy supply of parts.

I called on the off chance that these guys could squeeze us in because we had been having a loud vibrating type noise coming from the side radiator area of our 2012 Allegro Bus. We'll this was just after Christmas and we were ready to head back to Blacksburg, VA (or we could stay if needed). So I spoke with Bob and he explained that a lot of people are on vacation and they are booked up for a couple of weeks, but bring it in anyway and they will have someone take a look at it. Sure enough when we got there, a nice young man, Tyler, came out and listened to the noise, opened the engine area, looked carefully around and I believe came up with the correct conclusion. That being, when the engine idles at a certain level, it vibrates the radiator cover. What has probably happened over time is the rubber washers between the coach and the radiator cover have deteriorated and we now have metal to metal contact which makes the awful sound. We were grateful for the time Tyler took to help us and since it wasn't a major issue we did not stay in Atlanta for an extra 2 weeks. Besides it was cold and rainy, what the heck! It seems like it's always hot on The Walking Dead.

Small area in front of shop. But jump on repair trailer after come from lunch was out under a hour.
