Automotive Repair

Friendly, Tech's know what they're doing. Reasonable price

I am originally from Tuscaloosa, but now live in Nashville. I save my routine maintenance for times when I will be in Tuscaloosa because I trust Bell more than anyone else. The folks at Bell do a great job and its worth the drive for me. I have had Bell work on both my Mercedes and BMW. My Mercedes was having all kinds of electrical issues and Jr. found the issues, explained the issues to me clearly, and fixed the issues quickly. The price compared to a national chain mechanics and the dealership is a steal. My entire family takes their cars to the folks down at Bell. I would highly recommend taking your car European or not to Bell.

Good people stop in and see TC or Mr Henry

I took my truck to Baity Deisel on February 8th. I was told that my truck would be ready the next day. No calls, no truck no nothing. I had to keep calling because they never called me. On February 16th they informed me, after me calling them, that my starter had went out. It was fine when I drove it to them. On February 23rd, I was told that my truck was ready. That put an injector in but another one was weak. You kept my truck 15 days, I had over $2000 in truck rental fees, and you charge me $1200 and leave a weak injector in. What kind of company is this. I am considering taking legal action. Went to pick up my truck today, would not let me test drive until I paid. Would only take cash or company check, no credit card. After paying and test driving, the truck runs worse than ever. Will not refund my money and want to charge me more to keep trying to repair it. The owner is a jerk and bully over his employees.

Worked hand and hand with owner and he was very helpful and insightful

Thank you guys so much. Not only did you tell me to come as soon as I called in the morning so you could do a free inspection on it to tell me the issue u also ordered the parts and fixed it the same day.with a price I couldn't have gotten nowhere else. Thank you Andy for showing and explaining everything I needed to see and know on why it was doing what it was. I shall return 😀

Great honest down to earth folks that do excellent work for a fair price.

Absolute best service I've ever had and best prices I've ever had. I've got another vehicle messing up and it's definitely going to be there Monday instead of anywhere else.

Great customer service, they were able to diagnos problems with my Chevy Duramax and repair them.
