Automotive Repair

I have been going to Joe’s for three years now to have my large box truck serviced or repaired and have had absolutely excellent and perfect service every time

I grew up here in the desert area, and bar none, this has been the worst service experience I have ever had with any shop here in Lake Havasu City. The job was not completed for technical reasons, but when I picked up the car, nobody there went over this with me; they just took my money and handed me my keys. 1. The technician did not call me when they knew there was a problem with the O2 sensors. 2. Nobody went over what was or was not done with the car when the keys were delivered to me, they waited to call me about it three days later. 3. Nobody in the shop called me to let me know the car was going to be done late, I had to call to find out. 4. They did not return my unused parts or the old parts when I picked up the car, they forced me to sign paperwork three days later just to get my own parts back. 5. Nobody in the shop offered to give back my old parts before they disposed of them. Excuses ranged from, "We're really busy" to "My bad". Buyer beware!

Darrel and crew are A One. Always great service

Why was there another mechanic from a different shop was trying to fix another truck all they could do is snicker and make fun of him and tell how bad he is in front of me in front of another customer

Brion is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He explains things so that a non-mechanic can understand them. I have used them on multiple occasions and they have always done a great job in a timely manner. This is a great shop with an excellent staff

We always get great service from Mike and his guys.

This shop has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was shocked at how rude they were and how I was treated. I suggest you go anywhere else.

They know there stuff and are friendly staff

Will be back again!

Always good service

Great, friendly staff. Take the time to explain everything to you.

They replaced and painted my bumper. Looks great. No complaints.

I love this auto shop! The guys here go above and beyond for their customers! I highly recommend J & L Auto Services!!

Great friendly service.
