I have been a customer since 2005. Always happy with the workmanship. Always available to answer my questions when needed. They put in effort to diagnose problems correctly the first time.

Use Risk Free Repair at your own risk. There are shops in business that provide a high level of service at a reasonable rate, and others that take as much as they can get with as little effort as possible. It's Risk Free to them, since once you get towed there they got you. Got towed there by a well known rv roadside assistance club that I will no longer patronize, because Risk Free are a 24/7 operation who picked up the phone. Could not argue with or convince the roadside service to schedule a tow to a dealer that was already closed for the weekend. Risk Free did not do a thorough enough diagnosis of the problem to determine the underlying issues, simply scanned for codes and finding none, replaced a filter which is a basic first step. But finding it didn't fix anything, they recommended adding Lucas additive to the diesel tank to "solve" a mechanical fuel delivery issue and get it limping home thousands of miles away. All this outstanding value and expertise at a price that a reputable shop would have properly diagnosed and repaired it for.

I brought my diesel truck into this shop for repair. The price for the work being done seem to be a little excessive. But when I found out that all the work that they did and the upgrade aftermarket parts that are superior, not all of the crappy Ford parts that they put in my 6.0 diesel Scott replaced all the problem parts that would cause me future nightmares went above and beyond to repair my truck and gave me a 2-year 24,000 mile warranty. Ford made the 6.0 with a lot of defective parts. Scott was able to repair and replace the defective Parts with aftermarket parts that I could count on. All in all I am very happy with his service. And if needed I will be returning to his shop. He has my complete confidence.

I called in at 10:40 and was told a mechanic would arrive in 1.5 hours (around 12:00). Mechanic finally arrived at 2:45. I called multiple times and was given a different ETA every time. Very poor communication and customer service. At one point I had to call 10+ times in a row before being able to reach someone in the office.
