I went in for an oil change, and the tech accidentally broke my radiator. Franklin's not only replaced the radiator free of charge, they also compensated my oil change. On top of all that, Franklin's provided shuttle service to and from my house. Side note: You can also get a milkshake at Toni's while you wait.

A big “Thank You!” to Tim for helping me find the crankcase breather filter replacement for my ISL425 this afternoon. I arrived out-of-breath at 4:40 PM. He patiently waited while I found my engine serial number, and then he brought out the replacement filter, handled my transaction, and wished me a “Good day” as I walked out the door at 4:55, just before closing.

I walked into John's auto electric, and was going out of town in 1 1/2 day's. And my lights went out on my dash. And they were able to get me in right then and there and fix my car for my trip into Oregon. They are all very sweet and nice people!!!!! Honest!!!! I will never go anywhere else!!

Our Toyota 4runner broke down, leaving my lady & I stranded just outside of Powers in the rain. We called LTM for assistance & they were AWESOME! Sean was able to determine the alternator burnt up over the phone, he dispatched a tow truck to get us home & take the vehicle to the shop to change out the alternator. Everyone at LTM is AMAZING! Their customer service is outstanding, with knowledgeable & professional staff who go the extra mile to get you back on the road ASAP! Lonie Baldrige, the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a vehicle before the end of the day so my girlfriend & I had transportation to enjoy our Thanksgiving.
