Special thanks to this shop!!! I was on a cross country road trip when I broke down. The owner came in on Sunday and went out of his way to help me get back on the road. A million thanks!

First of all, I have to say that the guys are very friendly. I went there for a fuel filter service on my truck and when I got the bill I had sticker shock. A filter that I can buy for $36.78, was $111.85 plus the labor. I can understand some markup, but more than 3 times my cost is a bit much.

They now also hav a AUTO BODY SHOP!! Mechanic and body shop at the same location love it. Can get my truck tires adn my truck painted at one spot.

I received excellent service from Able Auto. The mechanics and office assistants were helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got excellent advice and the price was very reasonable

Good smart mechanics

First time here. Just purchased a used vehicle and needed a smog without the long wait. I must say, the way was very minimal and the customer service was excellent! They’ve now gained a longtime customer!

I needed to get the compressor replaced in my air conditioner and get it up and running for the summer. I called at least 6 different mechanic shops in town. I was either treated with a quick "roundabout" estimate, (way above what anyone else was saying) never received a call back, put on hold for someone who was "the only one here that knows about that" or just a very uneasy feeling about the person I was speaking to ( leaving no trust for the work of the company). When I called C&R Automotive, the phone was answered by someone who immediately made me feel that I found the right place to do the work on my car. His first words were; "Let me call you right back as I think I can get a better deal on the part I need if I call around." He called me back within 5 minutes with a very affordable estimate. When I got to his office he allowed me free wifi so I could handle business while I waited in an incredibly comfortable and clean waiting room. While sitting there I heard him on the phone with someone inquiring about a part for a customer who had just brought his car in. He told the person on the phone that the price they quoted was more then 'we' are willing to pay. This man gets it! We are not all made of money and we would hope those who are in the service industry would know that. I was conversing with another customer and they had said that they would not ever take their vehicle to anyone but him and he used to be his mechanic elsewhere and he always had a waiting list for customers. Wow! My vehicle was done in record time with no problems since. Only in a perfect world do you get all you ask for from your mechanic. I think for a day I was in a perfect world when I did business with this company! This NEVER happens to me and I am always prepared for it...usually I either get the runaround on the phone or spoken to like I am an ignorant woman. Then when I get to their shop I get played (after all I am a dumb woman I don't know any better). I then end up sitting on something hard and filthy for hours waiting for the work to be done and of course the work is never done right and I have to bring my car back. Thank you C&R I will be back and I will be telling my friends about you.

Have had major repairs done here 3 times. They communicate clearly. This last time, there was an elbow joint that disintegrated when they removed a part to get at another area. They could have just replaced the whole part, but they went out of their way to go just get the elbow replaced, saving us over $100. Totally trust these guys!

Rob and Casey are incredibly awesome, they always treat me and my mom with respect and kindness when we bring our cars in. They are honest, ethical mechanics and they charge fair prices for the work they do. Timely, efficient, EXCELLENT work.
