Our car had emergency trouble, so we pulled over at Berry's Auto Repair. He fixed it easily and was very good at explaining what was wrong with the car so we would understand. He even went so far as to run into town to pick up extra oil for us in case we needed it! Excellent service and Mike is a very nice guy.

This is a clean truck stop , plenty of room to park , my only complaint is the repair shop how do you NOT have an overnight mechanic ?!? And the day mechanic comes in at 8am, all other services are 24/7 , it’s just frustrating to me

Claus Diesel service treated me as a second class customer even though I had $1000 of repair work done there. I was put at the very bottom of the priority list for 3 months before I gave up on having earlier work redone. Actually the work that was done was not at all what I asked for and I was given no chance to choose whether it was done or not. When I asked for my money back I was met with insults and hostility and childish suggestions that I should get my employer to pay for this personal work. I found the attitude of the owner toward me as a customer to be disrespectful, the service to be poor and there was a total unwillingness to admit to a mistake and to put things right. I recommend that you do not work with this company.

Service Dept. has no clue, over torque all nuts, no email or understand the Internet in 2018, as in research own service bulletins, looks like they rather play cards than do any work. Sudbury Dealership is fantastic. Will drive the extra km's from now on. Never buy or bring any thing there. C.Tire is a better option.
