Tried to get an emissions test taking care of here mechanic wouldn't even hook it up he was bragging about his experience how long he's been doing this "I'm telling you your truck will never pass" said my fuel system was missing parts charcoal canister I got under the truck and immediately behind the fuel tank there it was. Most definitely don't go to these people for animations they don't know what they're doing as far as diesel work I have no idea but I would probably look elsewhere

One of the WORST experience in my life. Mike Lee: Brother of owner Steven: Service Manager Luis: Phone Representative I contacted Luis on Sept 14, explained to him that my bus was having problems with the ECM..it doesn't going into gear. He said they can fix. They don't provide towing service but he referred me to a vendor they do business with: Global Towing: 626-705-9611. I scheduled for my bus to be towed into Valley Power on Friday, Sept. 15th. Global picked up my bus on Friday but did not drop off to Valley until the next day. He took it to his house. I have a serious problem with that, I'm sure most people would agree. Anyway, I ended paying $750 invoice with Valley and that includes $250 towing fee and my bus is still not fixed. I spoke to Mike Lee and Steve and they don't give a damn about customer service. Respect and good business dealings is very important to me as it should for everyone. Valley Power falls short on ALL. I rate it a ZERO star.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and the most thorough vehicle inspection I have ever experienced. My 2004 Jeep is now running like it did the day I bought it. No pressure sales, I was consulted before any repair or replacement was done and informed of the benefit of the new part and the exact cost, which was very very reasonable. Great job Eblin and John! This site has a virus. the first time I wasn't sure what happened or how. Went back a few days later by mistake, and again...right to a virus screen that freezes my computer and gives me a 1800 number to call to fix immediately. The worst part, the error screen actually stated that it was from visiting porn sites. Thank god my kids were not present.

Hammer (Service Manager) is an honest man who keeps his word. I went in for a smog and was blown away by the service even for a relatively simple task. Hammer even gave me a VIP card and a few weeks after that I came back and he gave me a great deal on some break work that my vehicle needed. My car will only be serviced by Purrfect Auto Store on Lake Forest. The mechanics know what they are doing and do an excellent job!

Appointment only shop, but well worth the wait if you can get in. They built the transmission for my Dodge about 4 years ago that has been a beast ever since. The mechanics in the shop are some of the most knowledgeable in Northern California.

Great BMW shop. The owner Sam really knows his stuff. I've been going to him for the past 3 years and his work is amazing. The technology that he has there is just like the factory but you don't pay as much. I am very satisfied with him as my mechanic. Thank you Sam & MBA Motors.

Honest and reliable, had a problem with my 12 valve with 109,000 miles, others shops told me I had a spun bearing and needed to replace or rebuild my engine. I was quoted from 8k to 10k from the other guys, one shop offered to buy it from me for $1,000 junkyard price they said.... I thought that would be average from shop to shop, came across Cali-Wide Diesel Repair in Lancaster, CA. Thought I give it a shot nothing to lose, maybe he would give me more for the truck. Talked to Oscar, the owner of the shop. We set up an appointment for the following week for a diagnostic, fearing for the worst. After 5 minutes, Oscar diagnosed my truck and told me that belt tensioner was bad, showed me how the belt was, and suggested I chang the water pump and coolant. The truck is now awesome, price was phenomenal, customer service was great. He was really concerned about me, thanks 🙏 so much Ozzy and God bless you and yours, keep being yourself.
