Jeff went above and beyond to salvage our trip and saved us from extensive motor damage! Our stupid '06 Ford 6.0 F250 Super Duty #8 injector failed 20 miles outside Durango on Friday afternoon towing our fifth wheel up for a holiday weekend. Jeff fixed us all up - saving us from a catastrophic failure, gave us great advice on how to fix an annoying turbo issue without getting ripped off, and wouldn't accept more than what he quoted - - which was utterly reasonable given the urgency and what we've paid for other issues with this stupid truck. I'm sincerely thinking about just bringing it back up here any time we have trouble. Built to Last is definitely the best diesel shop we've ever dealt with.

Great for Diesel and Farm Equipment. I just moved to Durango to start rural living, and I lacked a good local mechanic. I used other diesel shops reading reviews, and I was robbed blind. Todd and his shop provide fair and honest service. They have fixed a couple problems that took a minute, or a simple spring and they charged me zinch.

These guy's saved my life, had a nightmare experience with a van I purchased we were traveling from Oregon to Santa fe and back and I broke down 4 times for the same problem was charged almost 3k from 3 different mechanics who would temporary fix it for me take my money and laugh as I blew up 100 miles down the road. Not a religious person but Bob and Jesse (I believe) were true god sends they even showed me the slapstick work the others had done and cut me an amazing deal so we could finish our journey and get back to work. I hope they see this review and know that I won't forget these awesome mechanics in Farmington. THANK YOU!

Got stuck in the mountains on July 17, 2017 near Vail, Colorado after a check engine light came on and a burning smell coming from engine. After several calls to get a tow truck, Dillon towing can and towed my RV, they recommended PDF to repair my RV. Talked to Daniel and explained situation, he told me to have tow company drop off RV. Told me it would be a couple days before they could look at it. In about a day and half, he had an estimate for me. Daniel and his staff were awesome and had it repaired promptly despite it being a thirteen year old motor home.
