Automotive Repair

ok I read all the review's and I dont want to do business with these guys now.. Everyone seemed to find someone else that just fixed their problem after getting the run around from Cummins. Who do you all recommend for Onan generator's??

I have been taking my trucks here since 06 and they have yet to disappoint. Jim always worked on my powerstrokes and always got it right. I have some work coming Taylor's way and thus far he has been great to work with.

I was vacationing in Buena Vista and my truck broke down in Salida on a Sunday . While I was working on the truck a few people walk by and suggested Mike garage that he was a good mechanic and honest man. I called and left him a message because the shop was closed Sunday. First thing Monday morning I went to Mike's garage even though he was busy he worked me. He figured out the problem had parts ordered the same day had my truck on the left working on it so when the part came in the next morning he could just finish up. Dallas working the front desk also went out of her way to help us she called around and found us a good room at a good price so we could stay and wait on the truck. They had us going the next morning before lunch and was able to get back and get my kids back It was a bad situation when my truck broke down but was grateful to meet nice people like Mike and Dallas. And great small-town hospitality

Brad's is always fast and thorough. They do a good job. As a woman I feel respected at Brad's, unlike a lot of mechanic shops that try to take advantage of you because your female.

Our unfortunate luck of breaking down in Buena Vista turned out to be fortunate for two reasons...Ed and the beautiful town of Buena Vista. Having vehicle issues over the 4th of July holiday was bad timing but Ed did what he could to help us enjoy our stay. From letting us use his loaner vehicle to go white water rafting to recommending local attractions to check out. Overall the experience was as good as it could get.

My wife and I came in to Steamboat at about 3 pm after we severed a brake line elk hunting north of Steamboat. We called four places and 3 of them said they would check it out after Thanksgiving- it was November 9th. Doran's Auto told me to bring it in immediately. They checked it out, ordered the part and told us to bring it in at 8 in the morning so as to not interfere any more with our hunt. They fixed it in no time the next morning and I got my first bull elk the same day. I have had good experiences with quality mechanics, but this stood out.

Quick, efficient, and good value. Great staff and glad to take my vehicles there!

Honest mechanics with fair prices. I highly recommend!

Best, most knowledgeable staff that is always willing to answer any question dumb or complex. They always take time to make sure every customer is taken care of to the best of their abilities. The owners are there everyday and very involved in every transaction.

Always willing to help, almost always has the parts needed for the job, and is one of the best commercial mechanic shops around.

Very friendly and so respectful of others and they're situation I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone

Quick service. They worked me in on a Sat morning. Had my breaks fixed up in no time at all! Very friendly staff and an awesome old building!

i had some transmission issues on the way from santa fe to denver and m&m went above and beyond in more than one way. their towing service came to pick my car up after hours AND took me to a hotel since there were no ubers or lyfts. my mechanic, frank kept it real and down to earth when giving me the diagnostics. and when he forgot to leave my car out front to pick up, he came down at 10pm to unlock the yard and get it out to us. highly recommend for honest, quality service. everyone i spoke with/met was top notch!

Always and forever will I recommend Kellys Towing! I have always called them and they have proved themselves time and time again for years! No matter the problem or need I call Kellys: from transition problems, switching out rear ends, oil changes or even to buy new tires I know I can always count on they great staff here to be fair, knowledgeable and ready to help! Thank you guys!! For being our families GO TO MECHANIC!
