Great Service. Very friendly and honest.

Listen to the advice of others. I have a lot of co-workers that go here to buy tires and have repairs done to their vehicles. I was going to another place for this and was constantly walking away frustrated from the lack of attention to detail. After multiple re-visits to cure a tire wobble issue, I decided to hit up Tire World and just get new tires. I found what I wanted online, submitted my request for a quote, and had the information I needed back to me within a few hours. I called and made the appointment and that was that. When they called me to tell me why the other tires had worn so fast, I was furious with the other place. Tire World fixed the issue for me and again, that was that. I'm taking our vehicles here from now on without hesitation. Friendly staff, rides to work, and attention to detail are some of the best reasons to go here.

honest, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable with all types of cars

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR 3 YEARS WITH OUT ANY REGRET I HAVE ALSO INFORMED OTHER COMPANY OF THIS BUSINESS TO CALL FOR THEIR DPF AND SCR AND DEF ISSUES . THE OWNERS ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR COMPLETED PRODUCT AND BACK UP ALL REPAIRS WITH FLOW AND WEIGHT DOCUMENTS.

It was a fast, efficient and fair price for a 1am breakdown. I was back on road really fast. Recommended.

Basically, if it's diesel, call Cariati. Simple...!

Always helpful and very knowledgeable

When I grow up I wanna work for sc ballard

I'm not sure why I'm giving them 2 stars. They probably only deserve 1. But, I know the time at the shop wasn't completely all their fault. I took 1 1/2 days to do 6 hours of diagnostics. If I'm paying $149 per hour and they are open till 2300, why can't that 6 hours be done in the 1st day when they told me they would have truck in shop on the day I dropped it off. So, after 1 1/2 days of diagnostics, they contact my boss and he takes so long to decide what to do so by the time they order the parts, they come in not the next day but the following day. They install the 5 parts, and run diagnostics and needs another part. Order it and it comes the next day. Install it. Run diagnostics and it needs another part. Order it, comes next day and installs it. Runs diagnostics and it needs another part. My boss is levid at this point and tells them flash the computer and we are done. 9 days later I have my truck back and it's not completely fixed. Not saying it's all their fault but they are real slow to get the work done. I stayed at my brothers house in Farmington CT while it was in the shop. Only good thing about this ordeal. I won't use them again.

This guy knows his trucks. Always helpful even when he knows he's not going to make a dime from me. I was in a bind and needed a good truck quick, I told him what I needed and he found a super clean truck for a great price.

Very happy with the service here. Quick and at a fair price, thanks!
