My car has been serviced for many years in another place, but they gradually increased their prices and decreased the quality of the work, until I was able to "escape" from there. The previus guy tried four times to fix the car's heating, saying in the end that he does not know what else to do...

This is a quality family run business. Many oil change places these days are corporate owned and the retail stores get pressured to up sell. I have a tired old car that would be an easy sell for someone looking to make a few dollars. These guys will do the job I asked for and not try to mark me up one cent. Being a mobil 1 shop they do carry more premium product then most discount oil change locations, so expect to pay a little more.
