My FJ Cruiser wasn't going into gear and it turned out that my clutch needed replacement. Dave did a great job for me at a very good price. He also saved all the replaced parts and showed me exactly what was worn and what repairs were done. This is the part I respect most about Dave and his team at Extreme garage. They take the time to clearly explain things. Highly recommended.

These guys are so awesome I had an inflation on my mowing machine I took it to their shop in less than 10 mins I was out with no charges thanks to these guys!

Hi Folks, please be careful - don't deal with these ppl - they are big time scam artists. I am not going to bother to write about the specifics of my awful experience with them bc they will find a way to spin the story to justify their actions in their reply. I am an honest customer and I was naive enough to trust in their word before reading their awful reviews from so many of their former customers who all had a bad experience with them. The long and short of it is that they are crooks. They charged me more than triple the cost of their original quote when I came to pick up my item. Apparently there were additional costs involved in the repairs which were well above what they had originally assumed and quoted to me. So they went ahead with the increased cost to repairs without getting the okay/go ahead from their client? I had no idea until I came to pick it up that I now had no choice but to pay in order to get my item back. If I had known it would cost this much to repair I would have taken the item back with me. They are unprofessional in their manner and their service. I have now learned my lesson the hard way, so this is my warning to any of you out there planning to give these crooks your business.

Great customer service, very fast and reliable work i had my turbo rebuilt and put on my truck the same day which saved me lots of time and money. Dont bother looking around like i did because these guys got the best turbocharger prices out there no question. Would Definately recomend Turbo masters to anyone who needs a turbo. I felt very comfortable after talking to Mo about work needed to be done on my car. He explained thoroughly and was very easy to approach. He went above and beyond in providing service. My kids were with me and he made sure we were comfortable while waiting there. My car drives great now. I felt the difference driving home today. I am grateful I found a decent and honest autoshop. . Great service called in around 2:30 pm which is kinda late on November 26th for tire mounting, balancing and installation the young man kinda hesitated to take me in but then said come in will squeeze you in ,arrived there after 15 minutes and right the way he took my car in i was in and out in no time 😁 Very good price compare it to tire shops i saved $45 ( new valve stem) Very clean facility in the shop and at the waiting area Highly recommended Hope you keep up professionals attitude and work ethics

I went for tire exchange and the car was returned with issues - some irregular noises and abnormal vibrations on the wheels and the brake. I drove back right away asking if they can check up, I didn't even ask them to fix it right away. It was between 2pm to 2:30pm from picking up to dropping there again. At 4:30pm I got a phone call telling me I gotta go back home without the car, because they didn't get a chance to look at it. I asked them can they please just check what was it. I knew it won't be a big issue just some minor stuff from exchanging not a collision. There wasn't any notice that I had to go back home without the car from a tire exchange. Then I was told by the receptionist that he couldn't "DO ME A FAVOR". I had explained that it would take me 2hrs on the way home and another 2 hrs tomorrow morning to work by buses, or 40 dollars on Uber in total, can you please just check what was it. Then he started telling me "YOU ARE IN CANADA NOT IN CHINA". The only reason that he started saying this was just because I am a Chinese and was speaking Chinese to him. He was definitely being a RACIST. I didn't even complain that you returned the car with issues but you are complaining that I shouldn't ask for a check up. It was my respect to speak Chinese to you but you don't deserve it. I came Canada while I was young, I didn't even know or care what's the difference. I only care about the issue with my car. ALL I WAS ASKING FOR WAS JUST A CHECK UP. He also said "GO TO TALK WITH THE MECHANIC SEE IF HE WANTS TO DO YOU A FAVOR." I wasn't asking you to do me a personal favor, you returned the car with issues and you are complaining I shouldn't ask you to check back. He said he cannot personally do anything since it was another mechanic taking care of my tires not even the one who is busy right now blah blah, all excuses not to check it. A work request eventually turned into a personal fight, fighting over the cultural difference, which was totally irrelevant. And the receptionist complained that he cannot do me the personal favor, which I wasn't even asking any personal favor. It was the receptionist himself kept adding his personal emotions to the work, thinking that he is so Canadian but I'm so Chinese, telling me that their company is not working as how I think. Finally the mechanic came out at 6pm and fixed it within 5 min. Our fight lasted from 5pm to 6pm. During this 1 hour, I called Uber and cancelled, my co-worker offered me a ride to home even though she knew it would cost her 1 extra hour on the way. And my bf offered me rides too it will cost him 2 hours in total for round trips back and forth. Your receptionist should learn what is personal favor and what is work.

I love how clean my car is when I come out of here. They even dry my car by hand with scratch free microfiber cloths leaving it clean, dry and shiny. Amazed at how well they can clean the interior leaving a fresh new feel and nice smell.
