I have a 2012 Toyota Prius V and it has 113,000 miles now. I have been coming to The Hybrid Shop for services ever since the factory warranty and service contract ran out. As a dealer alternative, The Hybrid Shop knows how to take care of hybrids and has taken good care of my vehicle to keep it trouble free.

Thank goodness we found Cruz Auto & Fleet Services, Inc! They are the only certified Spartan Chassis Center in the Las Vegas area qualified to do the recall work on our RV. They not only did a fantastic job but bent over backwards to accommodate us in so many ways. Thank you, Carlos & Alejandro, for your great customer service!

I had a 18 wheeler break down in Winnemucca. I gave Dave a call who was more than willing to take a look at it. We got the truck to his shop and it turns out we probably need to do an overhaul on the engine. A project that we will have done at our own facility. Dave's crew was very helpful, they looked at it right away and gave me the news. We also had a loaded trailer that needed to get re-powered and Dave's guys helped get the truck unhooked from the trailer. On top of that, Dave offered free storage of my truck until I can get one of my equipment trailers up there to load it up and bring it back to our terminal. Then, I learn later, they even let my driver use their shop truck to run to the store to get lunch. You don't find service like this anywhere....not anymore. I would definitely recommend Dave's shop to anyone needing repair in the Northern Nevada area, weather you can get to him, or you need him to come to you.

Most unprofessional business ive ever dealt with. The owner is an absolute douchebag. Treats everyone like they are below him. Most of the drivers are unprofessional. This company needs to be closed permanantly.

I highly recommend this location. They have always been very friendly, helpful and informative. It’s very hard to find an honest mechanic and not only have they never steered me wrong (no pun intended), but they have gotten the job done in a timely manner and at a fair price. They will work hard to find the problem and help you to prioritize if you are on a budget. When you go, ask for Mitch!

Our windshield was hit by a huge chunk of ice and the drivers wiper stopped moving, but the guys at pro auto repair we're so nice and helped us in matter of minutes, free of charge.

I have been coming to this shop (SUVs and Trucks R US) for years and Bernie takes great care of me. He only charges for what's wrong and doesn't add unnecessary parts or charges on top like most other shops. He gives me great advice on how to maintain my car so I don't have any big problems. I would recommend SUVs and Trucks R US (Robbins Auto Repair) to anybody looking for an honest mechanic who has been in town for 15 years!
