I have been going to Unlimited Services Downtown for years now and can't say enough about the friendly service and cost of service. Todd is amazing, if your hybrid vehicle needs work, Unlimited Service is your place. He knows what he is doing and does a fantastic job. He always goes the extra mile to help us as needed. I moved out of the state and wasn't sure how I was going to find another hybrid qualified mechanic. But, once again Todd came through and referred me to someone in my new location. I still go to Unlimited as needed when I am in Bellingham and look forward to the great friendly service I always receive.

The customer service here is just god awful. I had to wait for about thirty minutes before someone even acknowledged the fact that I was there. Then after that, the person who helped me was very rude and condescending. Plus, they weren’t even busy. There was one other customer who had already been helped and that was it. I’ve been here three different times now and every time I go in all the workers just seem pissed off. I will never recommend this place and will never return to this place.

Mostly worked with Corey, really liked these guys. They went the extra mile trying to solve a soft brake pedal in my duramax. I mean, they probably put an extra 1-1.5 hrs into it that they didn't bill for. Plus they did some steering parts install and alignment and everything's much tighter.
This is now my go-to shop.
