after many years of trying to do a diesel swap in my van an not able to find anyone in town that could fit my budget these guys did they worked with what i could afford and my time frame i couldnt be more happy with the turn out they kept me up to date threw the hole thing they dont take short cuts and are honest and will definitely take the time to make sure you leave happy as long as i have a diesel ill be a customer 100%

Needed work done on my F350, and needed it quick. Brought it in in the morning (called before) and picked it up the same day! While it was there, they found another small issue and took care of it for me. Everyone is professional and seems to be very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST!!! I drove over an hour after calling them to see if they were open, and found out that this is just a fancy PO box! They don't exist in Washington, and are actually located in TEXAS. This is such a disgusting business practice, I made a Google account just to review. They wasted my time and gas pretending to be a local company, but only have one location which is halfway across the country according to the lady I spoke to on the phone!

Certainly the most courteous and friendly auto shop I've visited in Seattle, and I'm a local. Thank you Allen for your professional and prompt support. Long story short, my Subaru dies and I take it to Bernie's for a checkup. Soon after they call me saying the engine is likely totaled (my fault), but end up only charging a few bucks for the oil they poured in when they were taking a look. They could and should have charged me for the time spent under the hood, and honestly I felt bad when the bill was just retail for some engine oil. But was I grateful! Honest vibes here, no BS. Though I cannot speak to the quality of their repairs or prices, I know I won't hesitate to come here again when my next car needs any work done. Very professional service.

Feels good to know I've got a great place that's honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable to take my truck to. Have been burned by many shops and was scared to take it anywhere. This place is near my home and was recommended by a friend. I was blown away by these guys. You don't have to be worried about being ripped off ever again, just take it there and your problems will be solved!
