Pulled my 2006 Chevy Silverado into the shop yesterday after it had been the victim of a "Hit & Run" while parked near the Fed building on Golden Gate Ave. Gunter & his guys figured out pretty quickly that there was more to the damage then just the dented, scratched & chipped paint of the front fender & bumpers. Someone had really messed up the front end drivers side of my truck to the extent it couldn't be driven. Well, my truck is still sitting in their shop 24 hours later but the service that I've already received has been well above board and better then I expected. Gunther & his team project professionalism & knowledge. I can only hope that when everything is said and done I'm just as satisfied by the completed work as I am by how I was treated yesterday when I arrived with my Silverado.

I'm a pretty accomplished amateur mechanic and rebuilt the tranny on one of my cars. Still, I can't be considered a pro. While the car seemed to run okay it was just a little rough when shifting - sometimes hunting between gears at certain speeds. I finally decided to bring it in for SVT to review. They quickly found that the vacuum modulator was leaking through the diaphragm. The price to fix was fair and the tranny works perfectly now.

Had my Diesel RV work done there very reasonable...I have paid way more for AUTO repair at other places....and this was a 7 ton DIESEL....use these guys!!!!!!!

Took my Jeep in for a track bar repair. Husband ended up bringing his Jeep in the same day because his rear end kept locking up. They diagnosed it as bad brakes in the rear and we replaced those. Recommended we replace the master cylinder knowing we had just spent almost 600 getting the brakes done. Now a week later there's magically a horrible vibration at 45 mph when BRAKING!!!!! so bad we have almost crashed due to it. Called them to ask what the f and got told to bring it back in..... I'm sorry but they won't be touching either of my car's again..... After consulting with another mechanic it has been determined the job was done wrong and the rear end tampered with..... the ONLY shop that had touched his jeep until the most recent was 4x4 and more..... Highly disappointed in the service we got not only do I feel they made more problems to get more business but they did so and it nearly costed my husband his life.... AVOID!!!!

We were on vacation. My clutch slave cylinder went out. I crippled it to Auto-Motives at 7:30AM. They gave us a ride back to our campsite ( 5 miles ) away. I called them at 9:30AM to see what was going on. They said it was fixed and they were on their way to pick me up. Very nice and professional staff and service. I will recommend them to anyone.
