Ive had nothing but problems with my car since I got it, ive taken it to many mechanics and still continued to have problem untill I took it to Joe at JP Motors in wallington and he has completely sorted it out for me, the car runs and feels like new in fact it feels better then when I first bought the car. Took my insignia here 2years ago for dpf removal and remap after it was stuck in limp mode. After them carrying out the work they told me car was running rough and blamed a injector. One of the owners Domnic doesn’t like to pick the phone when I tried to get updates on my car. I had the car towed from here to Jackson’s diesel specialist in Northampton Who tested injectors in-house found no fault with injectors they suspected that the map / removal by London remaps.

Worst garage ive ever delt with. Got the most dodgy f*ckers working and running it. Had the owner who thinks hes a propper nutter offer me out for a fist fight out of sight of the cameras, all because i was looking in the engine bay of my car before paying him the money for his so called 'repair'. Got quoted 600 for the whole job to be complete nothing more or less. He then insisted i needed more parts, brought my bill to 1200, carried out work without my authority! He then told me for 150 he would mot my car despite it having major issues which it should have failed on but nope again without my consent he got it a dodgy mot! Do not use this garage!! Nothing but greif, my engine bay looks like ive had a nursery reassemble my engine...

My experiences with the Garage was not great, constantly taking the car in and out of the garage. They repaired my gearbox, to which they did not screw the bolts on properly and potentially could of killed me and my partner. Please avoid at all costs, they too people off who have little or no experience about car maintenance...

Excellent service and diagnostics! I took my Honda Civic to a large tyre fitment company that service cars and carry out repair work. To summarise, the tyre fitment company overfilled the aircon, left a seal out of the fuel filter and couldn't identify anything wrong with the car..said that 'everything is fine' even after I returned the car at the next available appointment and explained the loud vibrating noise from the aircon and the hunting of the engine revs with the aircon on. About a week later the engine started leaking fuel and I searched around for a decent mechanic and almost lost hope. I am really pleased to have found Creekside Auto, Henry was attentive and helpful. He identified the problem within minutes of running the engine and repaired my car at a reasonable price. The car now runs beautifully and I am really happy to have found a proper garage!

Avoid like the plague! I Had an engine rebuild BMW 318i E46 @£2,500. I got the car back with stiff brakes, no power steering, and a whirring/droning noise coming from intake manifold area (video available to listen to) when idling. The engine also hesitates and vibrates/stutters on idle. The website says after investigation they won’t carry on any work until written email agreements allowing you to make final decision. Nonsense! I called up after two weeks to find out what was happening, was told build was done, engine block/cylinder head needed skimming, Pistons fine but new rings, some camcover/valve cover bit and hose were glued together so that was replaced. What? I thought I would get email and final say?! Nope, car done come get it and PAY! I paid, oh yes I paid...I paid to get the car out of there. Now my car, which did have a failed head gasket is in a diagnosis mess. I have to check and replace vacuum/ brake system, find out if the ccv is causing droning in intake manifold area on idle...I’m left wondering, did Tony really skim the engine, do I really have new piston rings? Are they even my pistons? Is that my intake manifold? God, what if I’ve lost all my good bits? See, they may have done a proper job on cylinder head, gasket, block, but messed up assembly and damaged vacuum system by accident (remember brakes are fudgy). Tony was happy for me to drive it in that condition, he gave me an unsafe car! They seemed rushed. Engine rebuilds should never be rushed. It may have been an innocent bodge. But TRUST IS KEY! Would I take it BACK to them on their so called warranty? No no no! Don’t trust engine build warranty people, it’s a false security/assurance. I am going to start a campaign to pass a law that videos must be supplied on garage work and rebuilding of engines. Instead of warranty builders/garages should have to provide a video of all the work carried out on your car. By law they should HAVE to get your consent in writing before proceeding on any work and a full costing provided in writing! Your invoice should not state ‘full rebuild £1800’ but should state what exactly you paid for! This part/amount, this drilling/skimming/amount, this time labour/amount with video evidence! No dodgy warranty, but a properly regulated industry and video evidence is the future. At £2500 I should have got a better car. Trust is lost after this experience so I’m left wondering, is that even my engine? God help me, are there any honest tradesmen left in this country?

Bought reconditioned Transit Engine After the engine for my old Ford Transit van finally failed (after giving me so many problems), I decided to get a new engine for it. After some online research I found Replacement engines, they had some good reviews and offered me a good price for a reconditioned engine, I ordered the engine from them , although it was a day late than the promised delivery date however, it is as good as new, my mechanic who did the fitting was satisfied and I am also happy with the performance, three months now and not a single problem. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to buy an engine.
