You guys should be ashamed to charge $100 to look at a check engine light. Auto Zone does them for free. This is outrageous to our service members and their families. We should petition to get an AutoZone on base. Absolutely absurd

This review is long overdue! BE CAREFUL WHEN GETTING GAS ANYWHERE YOU GO. UPDATE: 06/03/2018, when I noticed this had happened, I went there again. Low and behold, I get the same clerk. I explained to her what happened. And instead of her apologizing, she decides to throw an attitude. SO, this one's for HER! :) I added pictures for proof of what I was talking about. On 05/14/2018, I went to Texaco "Chevron" in Kailua at 3:45am. Obviously to put in gas. I tried doing so at the pumping station, but for some reason their station wasn't accepting my debit card. So I went inside. I told the clerk that I was wanting to put in, like $2.98, because that's all I had. The clerk tried twice, and both times it didn't work. Come to find out, the reason is because this clerk put in $100, the first time; and $50, the second time. 1. How does $2.98 sound like $100? Let alone, $50? This clerk must be some kind of stupid. Anyway, I put in $1, from that card. Found some change and added more gas. My whole point in this review is to help other drivers out by being cautious when it comes to using your debit/credit cards generally at any gas station. Reason being, imagine if my debit card had $100, but I only wanted to put in $20, but the clerk rang me up for $100. But I left after filling up to $20. The next person who pulls up behind me at the same station could have easily noticed that more could've been put, and used the remaining $80 to fill their car up. DANGEROUS! Be careful when you put gas in your car people. I don't know how long this has been going on. And to anyone wondering if this is legit, I'll be adding photos up to show what I'm talking about. This is by far the best Ford dealership on Island. I have been to multiple Ford dealership and I have never experienced the level of customer service knowledge of their vehicles and friendly environment as I have done with this company. They are helpful and reliable for both service and sales department. If I ever was to consider purchasing another vehicle again it will be from them.

Needed a new battery for my car. Found Midas Kailua and was very impressed with their outstanding service and they were very quick! Was in and out in less than 30 min. Jordan did a great job explaining the service provided to include warranty information. I would defintely recommend Midas Kailua.
