I'm new client of RBC and I go to the Innisfil branch in particular because it's couple of minutes away from where I live however my problem with this branch is I need to book an appointment with them at least three or four weeks in advance for very little straight forward application; which is still fine I can work with that but it gets really frustrating when I get to the branch in this case I booked the appointment eight weeks in advance and the person I'm meeting is not in the branch and no one bothered to call me ahead of time to reschedule... hopefully not all RBC branches are like this. I've dealt with BMO and TD in the past and with both banks I was able to just drop by whenever it was convenient for me and there was always someone happy to work with me.

Great staff and service, might get odd mix up.

Neither friendly nor pleasant. Six staff doing the work of two. Tellers don't have answers to basic questions, and when referred to three staff on desks, none seemed interested in acknowledging much less helping. First guy was "mortgage" and had no answers nor clue where to go for answers. Second, Helen Beaman, appeared too busy on personal phone call to care much. Third person was actually working with customers. Keep her. There's too many banks on the Island to have a branch like this with such poor service.

In applying for a loan we went to Philip Steele -Cibc Mapleview- it was the most aggravating process I have ever encountered in applying for credit- it took 45 days from start to finish and included several emails that went completely ignored requesting up dates to application etc- Mind boggling??!!!

Came in to make a withdrawal. I was in and out in exactly 5 min. Fast and friendly service.

Terrible customer service they never return phone calls. We have been waiting a week for a financial advisor to get some easy paper work filled out. The excuses are petty. We are giving it a few more days and then most likely switching our bank to somewhere else. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

The WORST TD Canada Trust Branch. A Big ZERO to the front end Tellers, they need to be trained, they do not know that a 'bank draft' is equivalent to 'Cash'. These are the most incompetent and lazy tellers who need to up their crap or be fired. With staff like them, I wonder about their Manager. Running around for months to get a single transaction settled, just how knowledgeable they are. Amazing that the intelligent people are out there looking for jobs.

Had a certified cheque from their own branch that I needed certified. The teller didn't know how to do that so she got the manager. The blonde haired manager said they dont certify cheques. Wow, totally shocked because yes they do. Craziness. In the end she made it right but was still a huge inconvience.

I'm giving a three, because usually I don't have any issues. When there is an issue, it's usually pretty bad, and easily fixable if everyone worked as a team. This bank is not a team, Noone is on the same page, sometimes not even the same book! Lines in Walmart move faster than this branch. 20 people in line? To bad, only three tellers.. oh and only two of them will actually service people. Some of the tellers are quite rude! I refuse to be served by a certian employee. Treats costumers like dirt, until she realizes you have lots of money! This same employee leaves tens of thousands of dollars laying on top of the counter - within reach of anybody who comes wondering in! If you own a business and do your banking here, watch out for this blonde, one day your hard earned money could get lifted!

1 teller working at 1pm she took her time helping someone in the back while 5 people waited in line up. Hire more tellers asap. Poor service

Went to close my tfsa account. They still hold a portion of money even after I requested to transfer everything out.

Vivienne Timmins we very helpful when it cam time to renew our mortgage. She was very professional with following up on our needs and made several offers of different ways to save money. negotiating the interest rate was quick and painless with a very competitive rate. I would recommend her for anyone looking to get or renew a mortgage

If you need a loan or mortgage, you have to go see Julie. She knows her stuff. She is the best advisor I have ever come across, and i have dealt with many. Amazing customer service.
