Awesome experience with Oksana at the Welcome: Help and Advise desk

I like the great costumer service they offer

People working at this location have very poor communication skills. They also open later and close earlier than their business hours. Apparently their clock runs 10 minutes slower in the morning and 10 minutes faster in the afternoon.

Worst service . Person name called Rohan ( I think so ) . He don't even know how to speak with customer. One of worst banking service in Canada.

Ditto with everyone else. Worst ever branch. Especially considering they should be catering to the commercial banking group. Worst hours, worst service. How can a bank let this go on in the days of closing branches?

I just had a bad experience with the people on counter and assistant branch manger his name (Ian Brown )I told them my problem in my account and (Ian Brown) was so rude to me hand he couldn't help me with nothing and he's like we can't do anything you should call customer service okkkk then why you are working here !!! As assistant manager??? If you don't know or if you don't want to help the customer ??! This is so bad and am changing this bank am done !!!
