Best community dog park in Halifax!

Great fenced in park to bring the dog. Nice tennis courts and 2 playground areas for kids. Of course, great baseball diamond too.

Fair prices for single cards and deals for mutiple packs.

Tennis courts, ball field and a kid's playground. Also some non sports field to relax in or just throw a ball around.

Absolutely one of my favorite places whether you want to set up and play badminton on the well groomed grass or make your way around the walking paths and play with any number of dogs or visit the oval and get your skate on.

I wanted to pick up a custom hat for my boyfriend after work. When trying to put in an order online it told me it would take 15-18 business days for me to be able to pick it up. So I called the store figuring I could probably place it over the phone and pick it up later. When I phoned and asked the women if they did same day custom hats she said "Well that depends if its like 20 hats I cant get it to you in the same day but if its only like 1 i can." I said "oh no its just one hat, can I place that order over the phone by any chance?" to which she told me they didn't do over the phone orders because if I didn't come pick it up it would be a waste of material for them. Which I can understand, but as a paying customer, that's not really something I want to hear. That they just assume i'm not going to come in and pay for it. When I expressed I was hoping to come in after work to pick it up because I work most of the day (and she had told me that they take about 45 minutes to make, which I didn't want to have to stand around and wait that long after I just worked all day) She said "Yeah we're open until 9". Very unhelpful, I will definitely be looking into finding another place that offers this service.

Nice for track events but the food at the commissary is too expensive

Decent ball field, but it is sized for children 12 years old and under which limits its use.
