Much better than some of the goodlife fitness options and it costs less for a membership. The gym was huge, lots of space for classes, a included in the full membership. Good equipment and had a pool.

It’s the worst gym I ever been! Bathrooms and showers are very smelly and disgusting. The women Gym is very messy and not enough equipment. The staff and the management don’t care care at all and do nothing to make the experience better! Waist of money!

Very clean and very well designed facilities. Tons of group classes to choose from. Love the additional programming. Could be a bit more organized and make better announcement on class changes.

Affordable. Great for practices for small volleyball teams. They will put up the net and adjust the height for you.

I recently my children attended the basketball tryouts.. Unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed by the overall experience and the apparent lack of transparency during the process. From the beginning, it was evident that there were inconsistencies in how the tryouts were conducted. It felt like a disorganized attempt that left participants feeling uncertain about their chances. Furthermore, was evident the presence of favoritism throughout the tryouts. It seemed that certain players were given more attention and opportunities than others, which raises questions about the fairness of the evaluation process. This not only undermines the integrity of the tryouts but also creates an environment of mistrust among parents and players. As a parent, I understand that tryouts are competitive and that not everyone will make the team. However, what I witnessed went beyond the usual challenges of such events. Very safe, and clean environment. The staff are always happy to assist me and my family when we visit.
