I got a last min appointment yesterday and was very happy with the results. My hair isn't the easiest to do and they did an amazing job ( it still looks pretty today) when multiple people comment on your in Macy's then you know to return to the place. They were quick and nice.

Ten years ago I had sister locks. I had to cut them off, because I couldn’t found a good honest person to do my hair. Until one year ago I meet this women at work. She had such beautiful locks. Of course I had to ask her where she gets her hair done. She told me house of natural. I called them the next day. Although I waited three months to get a spot to do my hair. Those three months were worth waiting for. Everyone in the shop works together as a whole. They weren’t no chitchat at the shop. Everyone was to busy taking care of their clients. They made me feel like a queen in their shop. Customer service is a most for me. They excited my expectation, because of house of natural I have a new home where I can go do my hair and knows that I’m in good hands. Thank you Donette for a wounderful experience especially when I forget to make an appointment to get my hair done. Whatcha out world no one else is never touching my hair except for house of natural hair.

Wonderful new salon! I have been going to this place for the past few months. I love their decor and their customer service is fantastic. Not sure about the negative reviews below but I have nothing but glowing reviews for this place. They are accommodating, their prices are reasonable and the customer service is spot on. All the stylists who work here are very professional.
