I usually go there for eyebrows but last visit was for permanent hair straightening. I already advised them that this is an expensive service so I want any experienced person to do. Also I informed them that I had henna on my hair so is it possible to do this treatment as other 2 salon denied for this service and they said yes. On the day of my appointment a girl started treatment on me and she was half the way owner came to me and told as I had henna so they cannot give guarantee of 100% result this should be explained to me when I came for consultation a week before treatment. While my treatment was going on that girl,'s mother was also working in the salon said "oh you are doing permanent straightening" & she gives a proud expressions which clearly shows that she was doing this treatment for the 1st time, also she was asking the owner for next step. When my treatmentent was over the owner and a tall lady who is very popular in the salon forced me and my husband to buy shampoo

My first visit to the spa was in October and I have been a regular every since. My first impression was the cleanliness which was very nice. Ashley is my go to girl and she does an amazing job. She is such a warm, friendly person and you can truly relax. Ashley takes the time to make sure you are truly satisfied with the services she provides. My sister and myself look forward to our spa date each month as it gives us a chance to take time for ourselves and we get to catch up on what's new and exciting with Ashley. Thanks for everything Ashley and see you soon. Cindy I would recommend Bellaza Day Spa to anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere.

GREAT haircut by a terrific professional

Had a haircut this morning, and Genevieve gave me a wonderful cut. Could not recommend this place more, lovely atmosphere and wonderful employees.

Love having my permanent makeup brows, Carolyn took the time to make sure I was happy with every stroke. I was able to come back for my touchup after COVID restrictions delayed my touchup appointment. I recommend Changes for all of your Salon or Spa services - they have always excelled at customer service.

My first appointment with Laura was in April 2017. I had decided to cut off my long hair and make a change to the color. I took in several pictures of different hair styles I liked but knew that any of those styles might not be the best for my hair texture, etc. Laura and I discussed the different haircuts, what I was looking for as far as time I wanted to spend doing my hair myself. She made a recommendation, tweaked it a bit to accommodate the wave I have in the back and the cut turned out perfect. Her instructions for styling my hair myself worked just as she said. The new color was wonderful - I've been told it sets off the color of my eyes and color of the frame of my glasses. Now fast forward to my trim and color touch up in June. I kept the same hair style because it works really well for me and will be perfect for summer. I was truly amazed at how the Devines hair color had not faded compared to colors used by other salons I've been to that use Redken or Paul Mitchell products. Will I be seeing Laura again? Well, I have 2 more appointments scheduled!

I love Josette!!! She has a warm friendly personality and is 100% a true professional. This is my first experience with extensions and I would highly urge anyone who is considering to give Josette a try. My hair looks great and feel amazing, you cannot tell I have had anything done at all. Plus she teaches you all about the maintenance. Love love love her!!! The best and should be your only stop for hair.

Owner is amazing...great person and great skills!

I first went to LAB Salon for the Keratin treatment. I just moved from Las Vegas to Miami. I have very thick and long hair and the humidity had turned it into one big poof. I have learned over the course of my life not all hair stylists know how to work with very thick and long hair. Upon arrival Peter took one look at me and said “ we have to texturized and style your hair I will make it look magnificent. It is not easy for me to sit for a couple of hours, but Peter immediately made me feel so welcomed not just with him, but the other customers in the salon. I found myself having the funniest and most interesting conversations with not just Peter, but others. The time just flew by. The haircut and keratin was the best I have ever had. I spent four hours, but it seemed like 4 minutes. Fast forward two weeks when I went back for my first color and I’m a natural blonde, but the grays are really coming in and taking over. I walked in and Peter looked at me with a strange look on his face. You could tell he knew he knew me, but I’m thinking oh no did I show up on the wrong day or wrong time? I was so confident with this appointment How could I face everyone at work after I was so excited to get my grays covered if I blew the day/ time? I can just hear the jokes now! Fortunately, Peter didn’t recognize me at first because it was such a night and day difference with the Keratin and haircut. Furthermore, ( there is a point to this lol) Peter cuts your hair to where it just falls and stays where it should be. Gone are the days of the anxiety when you have to wash your hair after going to the salon knowing you can never recreate the way they did you hair! Everyday I was able to easily style my hair and it look great. Today Peter colored my hair and it was my first time. He didn’t do the all over color, but rather he built upon my natural blonde and covered my grays. I also got a silicone treatment and my hair has never felt or looked better in all of my 48 years! Thank you Peter so much! You are so special and talented. The photo is of all the hair Peter thinned out and I never lost length!
