Stacy was great, just needed a quick bang trim(didn’t have time to go to Dilworth to see my regular stylist Crystal). Quick, efficient and always friendly!

Ok - what a pathetic service with an inexperienced staff - lemme start now, Christina the master hair stylist( that’s what she claim) has what so ever no sense of customer service. The girl who did my hair ( don’t remember the name, seems to be new) she claimed she did balayage on my hair, but what she did was just bleached my hair with tons of bleach on ends of my hair and applied red hair color, instead of showing her the pic of what I wanted(chocolate with rose highlights) Never going back, The stylist who was suppose to do my hair on the first place was an hr late, then they asked me if I wanna get my hair done with some other girls ( person who did my hair), then I appointment took 5 hours 5 hours guys where any other place does is within 3 hours only They charged me 200$ outside of the group on saying that she has applied hair color ( wait does Groupon customer gets only hair bleach and no color??) I paid in full since I had no patience left after 5 hr appointment Then when I called back to get it fixed since I am happy with the outcome , Miss Christina said she is going to charge more money 💰 Come on girl that ur fault, if I have to pay money I can get it fixed in a salon who have experienced people, why you!! Editing it to add- they had no bottled water for the customer...

Moved here from WV and needed a hair stylist. I’m very picky with who I let touch my hair. Dani has been so nice since the day I met her. She does a great job with my hair and waxing!

All the ladies in fantastic Sams where great. They all work together, everyone speaks as u enter the door and they all work together. Ebony does a wonderful job with hair cuts, Dee is great with short hair, Yolanda is just the life of the salon and has great management skills. I’ve seen her work as well and over all I’m happy I visited the salon and will be going back. They are a five plus in my book

Do not waste your money at this salon, take your money to The Weave Shop where they actually care about their clients. Leslie knows NOTHING about hair or the business of hair & will deliberately hike up prices especially if you do not purchase her hair. She will ruin your hair and will not give one single care if you're unsatisfied as long as she has your hard earned money. Trust me, you do not want to go through what I've went through. I have been coming to Bignon's since the early 90s. I highly recommend them. I am always 100% satisfied with my hair after each and every visit.

I got a really bad haircut. She didn't seem interested in cutting it and was awful with thinning shears. I ended up with a hunked up head of hair. I thought I would try one more time. She never showed up for my appointment. I think that was divine intervention. Don't use Jessica. The other ladies in the shop seem to be excellent.

I usually buy products here since they are close to home, but I go to the Rivergate location for haircuts because unfortunately I have gotten two bad cuts in a row here. On the plus side, store was clean, lady was friendly and looked like there was no waiting.

Tonshay is lovely! I’ve been to her several times and she is timely, professional and cares about the health of your hair. I’ve had my real hair relaxed by her along with my sew-in maintenence. My hair always looks great and it is a joy spending time in her salon. Clean space, great parking and fair prices. I assure you, you won’t regret going and being blessed by her and her talent!
