The first time I went it was good but I went back and I had the worst experience I asked for a 4 on top and 2 on the sides she clearly said that a four was long and 2 was short when she started cutting my hair it was super painful because she pressed down super hard and even worse she gave me a buzz cut now I have to where a hat because of how ambarasing it looks😡

I've been a client of Yesenia's since 2010. I had made the decision to transition to natural and she took her time to educate me on the best way to obtain and maintain healthy hair. My edges/temples were practically nonexistent and she devised a treatment plan to fill them in and now I can wear updo styles or have my hair pulled back without wondering about bald spots. Post-partum shedding left my hair in shambles (very thin) a few years ago. She did not jump to cutting it all off but recommended conditioning treatments and certain low maintenence styles that promoted hair growth and regeneration. My hair is back to a healthy state all around due to her care. She has an awesome spirit and is EXTREMELY professional. Her creativity allows her to create amazing styles for each individual...no cookie cut styles here. She respects your time and wishes, but will always give recommendations based on health and not what's in our what's cute. You won't be disappointed with her service.

Tracy is awesome and very talented! Well, that was the case for my first visit. My second didn't go as well. My biggest disappointment is that she didn't seem to care about the fact that I was not pleased with the results. Yes, she offered to correct the problem later when I brought it to her attention, but it's something that should not have occurred in the first place. Oh well, my best to her in the future but I won't be returning.

I went in after another stylist butchered my hair. Deena worked into a great style with a lot more volume without cutting very much off.
