Store dosent even open up on time. I showed up 10 mins after opening time and doors are locked. Completely unprofessional. Won't be back

Decent cuts if you know what you want. I am able to tell the stylist exactly which clipper setting to use and where it should blend into the longer top section (thanks to the men's section of Birchbox), so I'm usually fairly satisfied. Always seem to be short staffed AND crowded. Use web check-in if you can.

Paid $700 for weave and hair style, poor hair quality for the 360 wig (colors did not match) , asked for pre-pluck (was not done). I was disappointed with the cost and needed it done over in 40 days. Waste of money.

Staff very friendly and environment was comfortable. I was quoted about 35 for my boyfriend's braids and she ended up charging me 55 because she did a couple designs. Gave her a 10 for a tip because she did a good job. But 65 for braids that will only last 2 weeks? And his hair doesn't even come to his shoulders. The man at the desk (her coworker) couldn't believe she charged me so much. He thought it was a mistake. I guess she saw a white girl paying for her boyfriend's hair and thought I'm made of money. Either that or she didn't know that I know I could've paid 40 down the street or 30 from a friend. Not sure we'll be back.

The best experience I've ever had. I got crochet sengelese twist was in and out in less than 2hrs. Rama was super nice and professional, there was another young lady there also who was just as nice, although I didnt get her name. . I will definitely be back.

The first time I went - late April, 2017, Talaysha was really personable and did a wonderful job explaining what to expect with transitioning to natural and what she was using on my hair. I was very pleased with her results. Early May, I had another good experience with Talaysha. So I thought, great.. I found a place and person with good service. Then, to my dismay, I get an email about a week later that stated Synergi was ending their contract at the Gahanna location effective June 1st. When I called, I was told that there was no change in staff or stylists so I made another appointment for early June and assumed my appointment was with the same stylist. However, when I arrived, the stylist were different and I couldn't remember the stylists name at the time. Shatoya did my hair and, although she was very nice and personable, I was not pleased with her work. She put too much oil in my hair then tried to blow dry it out with not much success. When she was finished, my hair felt like a wig and was not fully flat ironed.Yes, I could have said something but I didn't want her putting a flat iron to my hair again since it is not good for hair. So I basically paid for something I could have done better myself. I called the salon to find out the name of the first stylist and was told her name is Karolla. So I made another appointment for her. Upon arrival at the next appointment, I immediately noticed she was not the same as the 1st stylist. So I quietly walked out.
