They seem to go through stylists quickly. When I find one I like, she's gone the next time I call for an appointment. I've gone through four stylists in the last 2 years at the same salon. One was a single mom and she was driven away by an uncaring manager. As for the others, I'm not sure if JCP doesn't pay them enough to stay or their lack of advertising is the cause, but it's become too much of a hassle to retrain someone else on my hair. Taking my business elsewhere...

If you are looking for a so-called haircut done in less than six minutes, from a so-called stylist with an attitude, because she is more concerned with playing on her phone instead of serving customers, this is definitely the place for you. Especially if your looking for a horrible haircut. It took the stylist just over 5 minutes to cut my son's hair and then she seemed to.have an attitude when I had to ask her to clean up places she missed. Horrible experience, avoid if at all possible!

I went to this place for over 2 years until I moved to Tulsa this past August. I could not find a good place here and would travel to her through December until I finally found a good place here. I would get over get overlays. I don't like the thickness of tips. If I ever need a repair she will file it down until it was as thin as I wanted. I rarely had to go in for a repair. I would go every three weeks for a fill. Love this lady!!!!!!! She is so nice WHEN you are nice to her. She will get suspicious if you act like you want something of nothing.
